I love this company. After a horrible experience with another company, it was good to work with one that was professional, on time, courteous and so many more good things. You can definitely trust this company and they will give you a fair estimate. Gage, specifically, was polite and respectful. He got the work done faster than was expected, so my estimate was discounted. Can't say enough good things.

Horrible experience. Their rep arrived late, misdiagnosted the problem twice and then fried the circuit board. He then tried to make us pay for it. Another rep came over and replaced the circuit board. Chantel was rude and argumentative. I do not recommend this company.

Very professional & courteous experience. First time working with them and very pleased. Diagnosed many of our homes HVAC probs and fixed our water heater nicely.

I could not recommend this company more. We noticed our water heater was leaking gas and HER responded almost immediately. They came out to help the next morning. They were very responsive, friendly and straight forward. There were no surprises when it came to cost, every step of the way they kept us informed and updated us if anything changed. They did such a great and quality job!

There are not enough words to express my experience with HER Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing! I am not a resident of KC, but I was preparing a property there to be placed on the market. There were repairs and upgrades needed around the house. Having no knowledge or relationship with anyone in the city, I relied on a Google search to help me find the right contractor for the work I needed.

Of course, there are commercial and franchise companies, but I knew I had an ongoing project and was looking to build a contractor's business relationship. While conducting a basic search for what started as a plumbing issue, several companies came up. Still, HER caught my attention, first because of the reviews and because I strongly believe in supporting small businesses.

The relationship started with a quote for repairs. Rob was extremely thorough in explaining the issue and the options for repair. He provided honest feedback, even providing a repair recommendation inquiry for another problem that saved me a lot of money. He had yet to learn that I had received an estimate/recommendation from a commercial company telling me I needed work that I didn't. This was the start of a great relationship! From then on, HER was called upon for the work I needed! Chantel, Gage, and Rob were fantastic, a team that treated me like family. Any questions or requests that I had were always met. With the home being an older house, plumbing was replaced/repaired; a new furnace was installed; new duct work was installed in the entire attic, and more.

The HER team is professional, prompt, honest, friendly, excellent service, great work, clean, flexible, accommodating, and most importantly, highly affordable! Since I had to travel back/forth to Kansas to get the house ready for sale, HER met my needs every step of the way. I can go on and on about my experience with HER Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, but instead, I will let "you" experience it for yourself. This review may sound like a commercial, but this is NOT a paid review or anything. This is a 100% genuine experience and feedback. I have even passed their information on to the new homeowners if they need future work or service. I highly recommend this company for all your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. You will be highly pleased with the service and work. This is a great team! #dontcallhimcallHER!

Gage was great! He was super friendly, able to come early, and did an excellent job to maintenance my system while also explaining to me the issues it had. I would definitely hire again, and recommend to friends.

Would give more stars if possible! The entire experience from start to finish was amazing! They exceeded my expectations and fixed my ac fast!!!

I would recommend this company highly. They installed my air conditioning and heating units. The service was excellent. I was very pleased on all levels.
