We had an issue and called which they were able to get John over to our place to take a look that day (that is the 2 stars). Once he got there he took a look and determined he didn’t want to repair and informed my wife to “call back when the drywall was removed”and he could come back with help and we “would need to schedule for the repair.” Took my wife 1 min to remove the small strip of drywall. So I called another local company that came out and got the job completed in 2 hours and informed us the drywall did not need to be removed by my wife.

I've used J&E for 18 years and would not use (or trust) anyone else for my heating or cooling. Very responsive and professional and always fair priced.

John simply represents the best in the industry.

John was super nice and did a professional job. I had my Furnace serviced and a humidifier installed and he was the cheaper of three other local company’s of that I won’t mention. Will be going J & E again with any other services I need done!
