The service man was on time and got us ready to go for the summer months! Plus, we had signed up for their scheduled Premier Comfort Heating and Cooling maintenance program and he reminded us they would see us in a few months. There was a miscommunication and I thought my appointment was a day earlier then it was but they still came out on the day I thought was my appointment. Everyone I talked with was very nice and professional and their prices was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

As always, Stephen was on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything to me in terms I can understand. They put our new system in a few months ago and came to service it for routine maintenance. They made sure the system was clean and ready to use. We switched to Premier Heating and Cooling after using another big box company for 10 years and we have truly been missing out! Doing the monthly fee to keep bills regular and to avoid bigger fees at maintenance time is genius! It is comforting to know that we have the same payment each month and our maintenance is covered for the year. Ends up being cheaper than the other company we used too. Thank you for the wonderful customer service as well! The text message reminders and alerts that they are on the way are perfect! Cant recommend you all enough!

Were able to book same-day service call, and do repairs on site after diagnostic. We went from blind shopping for a solution to a fixed unit in less than 18 hours.
Will definitely call again.

My A/C wasn't working and they were able to get it running quickly. Stephen also took time to answer questions and give tips for maintenance.

When our heat went out on Christmas Eve, I wasn’t sure what we were going to do. Thankfully I found the info Premier Comfort Heating & Cooling on a Facebook post and was able to talk to Laura who is one of the owners. My heat was fixed in just over an hour after getting in contact with Laura. Just AMAZING response times and customer service especially on a holiday weekend. Thanks again, Laura and Stephen!
