Sierra Heating and Cooling were able to accommodate my schedule and showed up right at the beginning of our scheduled window. Our service technician had our ac running in minutes and was very kind and honest about the diagnostic.

Juan, Emma and Leo were absolutely wonderful! We have been wanting to add air conditioning for several years. Juan responded right away and came out the next day to go over what we needed. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. His quotes were extremely reasonable. Emma and Leo were very prompt, courteous and professional. I cannot recommended this company enough. We are so happy and recommend them to anyone wanting an HVAC system.

The repairman, Dan was prompt. I showed him all of the areas where leakage, rust, door insulation had detachment, etc. had occurred and how motor worked but there was no cooling. He quickly opened the back of the fridge, found the compressor in good shape, cleaned the condenser coil, and found and replaced the broken electricals parts. Excellent work. Excellent and expedient service! Same day Service appointment! Technician was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. He walked through and provided education on our system and recommended services and periodicities.

Initial problem was an A/C unit functioning fine but with low refrigerant. The “technicians” were totally lost from the start, had no idea what they were doing and no business working on anyone’s a/c units. Pulling wires off for no reason and not knowing where they went back. Rendered my unit inoperable, got it their truck and left without saying a word to me, in addition to leaving trash in my yard. Could not be any more disgusted.
Would like to have a discussion with someone from this company but after two days they won’t return my repeated calls.

Sierra Heating and Cooling was easy to work with and gave me an itemized quote with options that all of the other companies I quoted with did not. They were also the best price of the companies I quoted by a substantial amount for a full furnace and AC replacement.
