they don't stock common parts. furnace season....no hot surface ignitors. so they tell me Lenexa has quite a few...yeah 52 miles round trip from this store. Shop Patrick Supply...they never run out of furnace parts....IN THE WINTER, no less

Consistently messes up orders. Doesn’t tell you when they don’t have items. No communication. Would rate lower if possible

Very well run little operation, clean organized store, but the manager was a snob. Thanks fer nothin' dude. I guess this is another reason why local service fails and Amazon wins. Part of the problem is the local A/C people directed me there, and for the last several years I went in and mentioned the A/C guys by name and Goodman sold me a filter at a nice price. A/C installer company people were actually at the store, but were also snobs. They invoked the "we don't sell to the public" policy. The manager also suggested I was lying that I purchased a filter there because I didn't know the name of the A/C repair guy who sent me there - which was five+ years ago. Before long I will order A/C repair service from Amazon too.
