I take reviews seriously, and also honestly is very important to me.

We needed our new sink installed (and new faucet) after having our countertops replaced. We had a dual drain and wanted to switch to a singular drain. We didn't need any extra parts, we kept our same garbage disposal. We needed to wait 3 hours for the adhesive to set before we could have the sink done. I had schedule with someone else nearly a week before, but because of a mix-up, the installation of our counter was delayed and we needed the plumber to come later than expected.

The receptionist I spoke to at Lees was phenomenal. I had already called several other places before her. She was cheerful and helpful and was able to have someone scheduled to come out that day.

She was upfront about the $95 charge initially to come and look. But the quote came with sticker shock. We are new to the area so many quoting close to $1,000 is normal (for less than 45 mins of work with no parts).

We had another company help us a few weeks ago to put up a gas line from the basement to our kitchen. But they were booked out. The owner said he could see it costing $500 or so. So I told the technician what he had told me. He spoke to his supervisor and they brought the price down to $448 if I left them a five star review, and because I was a brand new customer.

The technician that came out was professional, came early, and very knowledgeable. He spent less than an hour in our home.

I am being very honest and frank, I said I would give a 5 star, I believe they did excellent work. I am unsure about how they price thing, but like I said, I have moved out of state, I appreciate that they lowered the price.

Joe did a great job diagnosing our AC issue and provided several options for us. (Our AC was 40 years old and furnace 20+ years old.) So for us a new HVAC system was the easy choice over a temporary fix. Stephen was awesome helping us stay cool until our new system was installed. Alex and his team did a great job on our install. I love our new furnace and AC.

Luke and Joe were both Phenomenal. They came out to give me an estimate and we hired them for 2 additional jobs on the spot. Great guys! Great communication throughout! On time, knowledgeable, friendly, great overall experience.

Luke our Tech. was on time with a quick install of two (2) water heaters in our duplex. Very professional.

Cody was very responsive, and he came the same day we called. Professional and quick repairs had our A/C up and running in less than an hour after arriving. I would definitely recommend their services.

I have had nothing but the best experiences with them! Last fall our air conditioner stopped working and they sent someone right out who signed us up for the maintenance plan! Cody has been out for both the fall and spring inspection and cleaning and he is so professional and personable! Everyone I have had any contact with in the office is also so nice and accommodating! I can not recommend them enough!

I was scheduled to have my AC serviced between 2 and 4 pm. I got a call from Martha saying it maybe more like 4, which is fine. I miss understood her, thinking she said a little earlier and when I told her I wouldn’t be able to do earlier she said” well you have a good day sir”and hung up on me. I text telling her, sorry I must have miss understood what she was saying. I got a text saying more like 4 than a text of 4:30, which is fine. Around 4:50 I text and tried to call twice with no answer. I had to take off work for this. Very unprofessional. After threatening to write this google review they promptly sent a text letting me know their tech Jordan would be out. Jordan was very professional and informative. Very very impressed with Jordan. I wish I could send a separate review for Jordan but google is not allowing me too.

Always on time, always get the job done as promised.
There is a reason I’ve been a regular customer since 2008. Not going to blow smoke though. Are things perfect every time with every person I deal with at Summit? No. But, they always pick up the ball and get the job done and stay on it until I’m completely satisfied. That’s about the best review I could possibly give a contractor. Outstanding work guys!!!

From start to end Jordan was awesome! He walked me through each step of the process, showed me what was wrong and why and made a quick fix. His customer service skills were outstanding and while i dont look forward to future system issues, when that time does come again Jordan is the one i want making the house call.

Our experience with Lees Summit Heating and Cooling was fantastic! We had a full HVAC replacement, as well as a water softener installation happening concurrently and the crew was wonderful!

Brandon, Chris, and Dalton were on time, extremely professional, super nice (and accommodating of my and my husband's persistent questions and curiosity!), and courteous of our house.
