Just looking at the website and the fact the prices are $50+ more than any other place I will never set foot in a store just to be ripped off. A Dewalt impact by itself $160 at Home Depot here was like $220 for tool only. What a rip off and waste of time

I bought a large item on credit from this store and found out that it would not work for my situation. I returned it the following day. I did not see the credit on my credit card and was told that it would take 7 to 10 business days to receive my credit. I have never heard of any store doing this kind of handling for a credit, nor was I told or saw in writing on my receipt that it would take this long to get my credit.

Matt needs to learn customer service skills. Very unfriendly and rude . When you ask someone to put on a mask you don't throw the box of masks in front of your customer and say " put that on".

I needed at steel grate in order to get my new car, with a very low nose, into my garage. 08/28/2018 I ordered the grate from Grainger online. As I was ordering it said that it should be at the local store in a month. Not ideal, but OK. On 10/01/2018 I had not heard from them, so I called to see if it had arrived, and was told yes. I embarked on a 50 mile round trip to pick it up, but was told on my arrival that it WAS NOT there, and in fact now had an arrival date at the end of October. Cancelled order.
