I wanted to give some time before I posted this review. Firstly I strongly recommend KirbnJays for Hvac service. Long story short, the day of Christmas Eve we had to get our furnace exhaust pipe repaired. It was disconnected and blowing mostly into attic. There was about inch gap and couldn’t connect or pull together. It wasn’t a simple fix Jason had to order an extension. It took a few days because of Christmas weekend. But Jason kept me informed and got pipes repaired as soon as he got the part. He even sealed roof from any water leaks. Jason is a man of his word, honest, takes full ownership of his work. He and his team will surely take care of you. Really a great company and hoping all the best.

I had a great experience with Jason and his team. Very polite and explained every part of the service they were providing. I did my research and they offered a good price for a new A/C and furnace. I’ll continue to use them from now on.

Our AC unit was very outdated and we were on the fence about repairing vs. replacing. I got lucky and found KirbnJays, they were very helpful and gave us several different options. Not only did they give us options that others said they couldn't do, their quote was quite a bit lower than the others on replacement options. This was a no pressure situation and they were able to get us on the schedule in a more than reasonable time frame. The team was timely, friendly and even made sure to pay special attention to our very nosy pup. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed correctly and that we understood the work that was done. I will definitely be referring others. Our heat went out on the coldest day of the year and Jason was able to come over and fix it within 2 hours! He recommended some upgrades to our system and gave us an estimate that day, but we didn't feel pressured to make them (unlike other companies.) We decided to make some upgrades and Jason was super professional and timely. Our new "smart thermostat" works great. We were super happy with kirb n jay! Their service was quick, affordable, and reliable! We will definitely will use again and recommend them!

It is rare to find a business that not only gets the job done but goes above and beyond to develop a customer-for-life relationship. From the start, the appointment was easily scheduled online and I received real-time updates on the day of service. The team was friendly and professional, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood what the problem was and the cost of fixing it. The only surprise was that they did not stop at completing the repair as described, but continued to make sure my system was configured for optimal performance. To top it off, I did not receive an invoice with a few product/service codes, but one with a full recap of the service provided and a receipt identifying the part replaced, a description of what it does and service notes from the technician. Seth arrived quickly. He was knowledgeable and able to fix my AC unit quickly. He was professional and provide me with tips to keep my unit in good shape. I will definitely call them 1st the next time I have any heating or cooling needs.
