We had a completely new unit installed at the beginning of July. I have to say that they were fairly priced and did not try to oversell us in any way. With each question, they provided prompt answers and went out of their way to help us on a quick turnaround! We appreciate the honest business that this is.

Call up today to asked who hauled off thier stuff, Connie was very nice but whoever had jumped on the phone to pretty much tell me to stop wasting the receptionist time on the phone was incredibly rude. Mind you I was on the phone for literally 1 min.
Update, called to be nice to resolve conflict was meet with hostility, woundnt let me talk and when I had pointed out that she woundnt give me 5 seconds to exsplain the situation I was told I have 5 seconds then proceeded to jump down my throat. I have met her husband and he is a great guy however the female owner is ridiculously rude. 5/10 not recommended. Only reason I say 5 is because her husband is very nice and relaxed. Maybe she's stressed but still not a good reasoning to do such a thing.

Building a sunroom and Pence installed a mini-split. They were able to get here on short notice and work around the sunroom installer so that we could get it installed before we wrap everything up and insulate it. They were the ones that suggested the mini-split and it is quiet and heats and cools great!

We could not have been more pleased with Pence Heating and Cooling! WC and his staff were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our new unit is high-quality and works great. I called at 7:30 a.m. and WC was at the house before 9:00 a.m. He diagnosed, found the problem, fixed and completed the job by 9:30 a.m. It was already a hot August morning and Pence responded very quickly. He did a complete check and also cleaned the AC unit. I couldn't have asked for a quicker response and fix. Thank you for the efficient response WC. I will call again when I need any HVAC services in the future.

Dave from Pence replaced an old, non-functioning HVAC system. He did excellent work, asked our preferences on installation, explained what he did, cleaned as he went, and took away all of the debris. And, the new system is fantastic. We have used Pence before and continue to be fully satisfied with their work and how they work - professionally.

WC and crew have taken care of my home for 10 years! Always prompt and on time with service calls and better yet they clean up their work areas before they leave. Will continue to trust them with my heating and cooling needs as well as recommend them to others.
