Chandler Heating and Cooling

I've been using Chandler Heating and Cooling for a few year now, including some large jobs like most recently replacing two gas furnaces/blowers. They do neat, professional work. They explain options well and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They did everything they said they would, on time, for the price they quoted. System is working great.

I had two AC units that weren’t working so I called Chandler Heating and Cooling to request for a service. They were able to get a technician out in just a couple hours. He was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed everything on the spot and showed me some maintenance tips. I really respected his honesty. Will definitely be using him again.

This company knows what great customer service is. Their team came out Friday morning, and they did an excellent job replacing our old furnace unit. They were very careful, respectful and friendly, and we had a new furnace working by afternoon. Wonderful job team! I have yet to have any contractor have the attention to detail and go above and beyond like Chandler Heating and Cooling does. They truly set the standard for HVAC service in every aspect of the business.

Chandler Heating and Cooling was very responsive. William was at my home in 30 mins of me reaching out to them. He fixed my AC in 15 mins. Stayed for about 30 mins to monitor the temperature. Great service and value for money. Highly recommended.

We tried to hire Chandler to help us with a gas leak. The tech showed up over an hour after the window we were originally given. He was willing and able to do the job but the management said they wanted to send someone else out on a different day. After following up multiple times I was told on 4 different occasions a manager would be calling me to schedule and I have yet to hear from them. In the meantime we're having freezing temps and our gas is still shut off because of this delay. The communication with this company is very poor and I would not recommend them.

I found Chandler Heating and Cooling while searching online. Their specialist came out, checked 2 furnaces in my 2-flat and prepared them for the winter season. I was happy with his work and advice. There was a longer term problem in my second floor rental unit with air flow issues. He came in a very timely manner and solved the problem with additional duct work. He had a great idea that he completed very quickly and at a fair and reasonable cost. Thumbs up.

I made an appointment with Chandler Heating and Cooling early in the morning and received service the same day. They had our house warm in within just 30 minutes. Professional group of guys that provide great work, explanation of their work and recommendations. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.
