Nate the owner was really nice and knowledgeable. He was able to get my air fixed in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions. Mr. Glen that answered the phone was really nice and very professional. I would recommend Tomlin Heating and Cooling. Nate is very professional. I will be using him again.

Nate is awesome! I noticed I had no heat in 20 degree weather and reached out to him, he advised me that he had a pretty heavy work load but instead he came right away giving that it was freezing cold with me and my 2 kids in my home. Also great customer service!! I would give him 10 stars if I could!!!!!

We didn't have heat last week. Even though each appointment was after 5:45 pm. Nate was very kind and came out and got the job done. I wasn't upset that it took a couple days he did communicate with me about the parts and let me no what he was doing and what else need to be done. Service was excellent. Thank you so much. Furnace is working.

I reached out to this company at 6pm and left a message. I received a call back immediately. Nate came the same day and accessed our issue and replaced our thermostat. He was knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely recommend this company.

Please, understand Tomlin Heating and Air is the absolute best Heating and Cooling Company ,thus far. My air conditioning unit had gone out and I had several “Big Box” companies to come out for an estimate on replacement. I became totally discouraged because of their up selling prices. To no prevail, I came across Tomlin Heating and Air! Nate came out with the most calming and upbeat personality that put me at ease. He assessed the problem and visually showed me the issue without me having to ask. He gave me several options on repairing or replacing the air conditioning unit. The quote for a new unit with a 10 year warranty was so reasonable, that I got a new unit! Nate genuinely cared and that’s hard to find in today’s society. Nate, thanks for caring and making things better in the midst of my storm. He most definitely will be installing units for my rentals. Thanks a million times!

I would give Nate 10 stars if I could. Nate came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and worked quickly with our landlord to resolve the issue.
He spent the day replacing our furnace and now our air is working perfectly.
Nate was very professional, he cleaned up the area when he was done working and explained what he had done and answered all of our questions.

Had a Leakage issue Hired this great company they came on time fix the issue and was very professional and awesome if you any problems they can fix it. Hire them asap!!!
