    Welsch replaced the geothermal air conditioning unit in our condominium home. The installation was complicated by the extremely limited space above the ceiling. They custom built the unit to make sure that it fits properly they built and installed the unit ahead of schedule and on budget. We were very pleased. I cannot say enough about the service technicians care for our belongings, protection of the flooring, and overall friendliness for the days we were there. I would certainly recommend using Welsch. They simply did an exceptional job.

    Welsch just installed a new HVAC system at my house. The project manager I worked with, Denny, was great. He focused on keeping my price low, he answered my questions thoroughly, and he was even friendly and fun to talk to. My new AC is keeping my house way more comfortable, and I’m confident that I got a good value on it too. I’ll be glad to work with Welsch again in the future.

    Needed replacement of dampener. Told them on phone to look up past service call and please order the part. The front desk girl ignored me and thus they were not prepared when they arrived. Another 7-10 days for part. Dont use them - they dont really care about customers. Front desk sucks. I fired them after the technician didn't like my scolding him for ignoring the call I made 6 weeks ago to schedule appointment. Its hard to find decent hardworking people anymore. The continued decline of America with the next generation working on your stuff.

    Prompt service for repairing our AC. Steve did a great job…he explained the necessary repairs. AC is cooling like a champ. Steve, suggested a service plan to keep our units in tip top shape.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND WELSCH HEATING AND COOLING! I’ve had to call twice on the weekend because my air was out. Both times they responded within minutes and sent a technician very quickly. Scott and Jeremy were courteous and knowledgeable. I won’t call anyone else! When there are so many options of other services to call, Welsch stands out with their prompt service. I called at 8:30p on a Saturday just to see if someone would answer. Not only did they answer, but they were at my house and fixing my air within ONE HOUR. By 9:30p, they were loading up and we were able to sleep confound. That’s service!

    Installed a new AC unit at our house. All was fine, good, installation went smoothly. Then the invoice came and it had a mistake on it, with a $2k higher charge than I'd agreed to! The good news - and the 5 * review - is because they quickly realized it was their fault, admitted it was their fault, and cleared the whole thing up. Thank you! I'm very happy with the new unit, and the responsive service!

    Welsch installed two units in our new build home (2014). 18 months in the evaporator coil fails. After I tell them I want it replaced under the Lennox class action suit they replace it (after initially telling me they would charge me). Fast forward 6 years (The home is only 8 years old) the same evaporator coil FAILS AGAIN. You'd think if a customer is loyal and comes back in the time of need that would be the time for a company like Welsch to shine. Well, not exactly...

    I'd ask everyone who reads this if you'd be satisfied paying this company if something brand new fails twice in under 8 years? One would think the company would want to at least stand behind something they preach about and help the loyal customer (maybe discount the repairs?). Nope, Cindy "the service manager" told me to pound sand and she be happy to help me spend another $2000 6 years after they PERFECTLY installed the SECOND FAILED COIL in 8 years. She also said she'd be happy to get my air back on in 2 weeks (WE'LL BE DEAD BY THEN CINDY).

    Mr. Welsch, I'd like to thank you for posting all this jargon about your 124 years of St. Louis service that you post when someone gives you 5 stars. I'd equally like to thank you for taking a dump on those who empty their wallets into yours on products and services that fail every 5 years so you can simply take their money again and teach your service manager about standing behind the reputation you preach about...

    We have been Welsch H&C customers since 1999 when we bought our home. We hired them to install all new Lennox HVAC equipment and have been very satisfied with it ever since. We have mostly always purchased their annual furnace/AC maintenance agreements to insure our equipment stayed in top running condition. Last night we noticed that it was a bit warm in the house and I knew something was up with our Condensing Unit outside. Having just hosed down the coils just a few days prior I really didn't know what the issue was. I turned the thermostat to off and switched the fan from auto to run thinking that perhaps something may have froze up. I called Welsch at 8:00 am and the gal was very helpful and stated that she would have a technician at my house between noon and 5:00 pm that same day. I received a text at 3:15 pm from Tech. Brian Granger who was a very nice man, we had him before on one of our many preventative maintenance calls. Wasn't here a long time and said that he had washed out the Condensing Unit and replaced a capacitor. All went well and we very much appreciated Brian and Welsch for being there and taking care of us when we needed them the same day. I highly recommend Welsch Heating & Cooling!
