They tried. Still have an occasional horrible racket from the fan, which they tried to tell me is because the ice machine casing was warped. But my husband tightened the back screws of the fridge and the loudest noise went away immediately - except still a periodic loud fan noise. It’s odd because it’s not all the time and not always when the fan is on. Something isn’t right. I would have given 3 stars, but they never called back after saying they would. So instead I’m sharing what’s still wrong in this review. I guess now we have to make a new claim on a “completed” repair that has issues. :/
The ice maker is also still freezing up. Zaki will likely say it’s due to heat gun warping exterior plastic. But it’s a known issue with this model. We bought it before there were many reviews (a major regret!). Frankly, the fridge has been an expensive piece of Samsung junk. And the Asurion service plan is a hassle to use. But repair companies that don’t stand by their work don’t help the situation.
***Disappointed in their response, as it is a total lie. We did defrost before they came to do repairs. We only use the heat gun when it jams up so badly day-to-day that we have no choice.

Zaki was my assigned company to repair my furnace through my home warranty company. They were able to come out within just a couple of hours of getting the the referral and Mark was able to quickly diagnose the problem. My home warranty company caused a delay in the repair because the part had to be ordered through them, but Zaki was good about communicating with me regarding the status of things during the wait. Once the part came in they were able to schedule quickly to come in and make the repair. Gave me a two hour window and actually called and asked if they could come a couple hours early. They did the repair quickly and professionally. Would recommend.

I was referred to this place of business through my home warranty company to have my central air unit serviced. A service request that usually would take days only took me a couple of days to get scheduled for a technician which I thought was great!! Once I was scheduled for a technician, Mark Madison showed up at my home and the professionalism was phenomenal!!! Mark immediately told me what the problem was and ordered the parts for my unit. Mark even showed up and replaced the parts earlier than scheduled and guaranteed his services!!!
I would refer this company above any others I have had experience with. If you ever use their services, personally ask for Mark Madison they don’t get better than him 💯, extremely professional.

Good Morning, I want to apologize for the long post, however I really want to give a huge shout-out to Zaki HVAC & Appliances, my furnace went out over a week ago, and the first company that responded couldn't find out what the problem was, they had to come back two times. My house was freezing and it was obvious that they had no idea what the problem was.
I contacted Zaki HVAC & Appliances, and told them my problem, he assured me that he would send his senior technician Mark. When mark and a helper arrived at my house today, Mark discovered that my flu pipe was clogged and the ignition switch needed to be replaced. Not only did Mark resolve my problem he also discovered that my fan blower motor was on low speed instead of high speed. My furnace is working like new and the heat feels so good. I am the type of person who gives credit, where credit is do... Mark is a beast :) LOL , thank you Zaki for fixing my problem.

Mark and his assistant came to fix our AC. We were initially worried as this was our second company the Home Warranty sent out to see what was happening with our cooling situation- the previous company led us to believe it was a very technical, expensive fix. Within five minutes of walking in the door, Mark figured out how to fix the system. He thoroughly explained what he was doing, checked and rechecked that it truly was cooling, and was professional and personable through it all. We know who to call for other HVAC issues now....thanks Mark!
