Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning

What started out as a frustrating night ended smoothly when we called Jerry Kelly to fix our ac. Never expected issues in a home built 2 yrs ago.
Even though it was installed by a different contractor, Jerry Kelly sent a very knowledgeable technician by the name of Kaleb. He was polite and professional. Most importantly, he fixed the problem and we were able to enjoy the rest of our evening comfortably.
Kudos to their polite, responsive team!

Our AC went out over night, and they were able to make it out with a few hours of calling in the morning. DaJuan H. was very professional and thorough. He got our AC working again, rechecked everything to make sure it was all working properly before leaving, and helped us save money on today’s and future services. I definitely recommend!

Repair tech came out yesterday, but my 28 year old system wasn't repairable. The tech (I am so sorry, I've forgotten his name already! Was it Tyler?) was really great - really nice, very professional, explaining everything & working with me to get a replacement system. They were able to replace the whole system today! Zach & Kyle were just wonderful - very friendly & professional, kept me informed of everything, worked through the tech glitches we had with the wifi thermostat like champs, and were just overall a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Jerry Kelly to friends!

1st time using Jerry Kelly for out HVAC service and I know we will gladly call on them again! From the moment Mike C. introduced himself, he conducted business on 5 star level. Professionalism, integrity, honestly and technical expertise all intersected to give us a very pleasant repair experience. Mike C. presented his concerns and recommendations on what we should be thinking about for the future with our old system but also was also not overbearing on his presentation. A great company represented my even greater people, always makes for a very pleasant and memorable experience! Well done, A+ in my book!

Jerry A. Was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly pleasant and very informative! He set me up with a membership and a ton of knowledge about my ac. Did I mention that i put in an appointment request online on the Sunday before Memorial Day and he was here same day, just hours after the request was sent? I could not be happier with my experience today! Five stars do no justice!

Zach B was fantastic and so knowledgeable, he just came out for a quick consult and was great. Hopefully we don’t have to use him again for a long time but it’s wonderful to know he is around if we need him.

Only giving 5 stars because of the service my technician Jerry (yes, his name is Jerry:) gave me. He was polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. I will request him on the next service visit. However, BEWARE! I called to get on the routine maintenance plan/schedule and set my appointment 3 weeks out. Day of the appointment, they canceled on me! I had to change my work schedule and my daughter’s schedule to accommodate, with no apology from the schedule coordinator. They tried to push my appointment out another month, which was inconsiderate to me and our home’s needs. Fair warning, if you aren’t an emergency call, you can’t count on them to show up as scheduled. The office staff was unapologetic for canceling on me. Once my rescheduled appointment came, and Jerry showed up, I appreciated the service. Thank you Jerry. Otherwise this would have been a 1 star review.

Jerry Kelly was able to get a tech out on a Saturday morning well before the appointment. Jerry A. was friendly, happy to explain everything he was doing and went above and beyond in every way possible. He even took a moment to accept the toy our dog brought to him and give him some pets and love. Anyone who needs HVAC service or repair should call them. Don't try to save a buck and have a friend of a friend patch things only for them to break shortly after. Call the people who know what they're doing!! Thanks again Jerry A.
