Nothing but positive things to say about Wildwood Heating & Cooling. Scott answered the phone and was quick and precise in his responses. He was able to fit me in today which is great! Ben came out to take a look at our ac unit and found it was just a bad capacitor. He was super polite throughout the process. He was able to get everything working.

Will recommend to friends and family.

Wildwood is simply awesome! Scott and his technicians know their HVAC systems well! Scott is beyond helpful and very honest. He won’t try to get you to make unnecessary repairs. Scott installed a new air conditioner for us during the summer when ours went out. Even helped us to get the Ameren rebate. Highly recommend Wildwood!

We were in need of a new AC and furnace. The team at Wildwood was nothing but exceptional. Scott gave us a great quote with recommendations based on what is good for our house and needs. I never thought he was trying to sell us something we did not need. The installation was smooth and efficient. The team was also very professional and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about them. My wife and I highly recommend them for any heating/cooling needs you may have.

I had been told by two different reputable HVAC companies that my wife and I needed to replace our 10-14 year old Carrier Infinity HVAC and furnace because they were freezing over and subsequently melting, leaving water all through our basement. Scott and Wildwood Heating & Cooling were referrals from a family friend that I called to get a quote before I decided on replacement.

After taking my call, Scott spoke extensively about my system specifically and my HVAC issue generally and agreed to come out and take a look at our issue before tailoring a quote to our specific needs. Scott sent out a tech and his assistant (Ben I think, unfortunately I was not there during their visit). After describing the issue, Ben said and did several things that are worth noting for prospective customers.

1.) I don't want you to pay to replace this system unless you actually need to replace something.
2.) (After having the diagnosis done by the other company's workman) I will act according to those results because I think he probably did a good job. He didn't bad mouth other companies or their work like other people who had sent me a quote, instead stating that he didn't think that the average tech would try and screw someone over.
3.) Acted incredibly carefully while walking and talking through the house because my 3 month old was asleep.

After having spent almost an hour checking different things and adjusting my HVAC settings, Ben told me he thinks that he has it fixed and that I wouldn't require replacement. He was fantastic to work with and I would UNHESITATINGLY recommend this company. They were fair, honest, and prevented me from spending $13,000 unnecessarily. Even if this repair doesn't fully fix it, I will call Scott and Wildwood Heating & Cooling, Inc. for all my HVAC concerns.

I definitely recommend using Wildwood. After having another company inform us that we need to have our A/C and evaporator coil replaced when it stopped working, I contacted Wildwood initially to get a competing quote. Scott was very helpful by phone and by text message as well to exchange info so he could give a quote without having to schedule an appointment. He even did this over a weekend when he did not have to.

His quote was reasonable and lower than what I had received elsewhere. To top it off, he changed his schedule to get our unit installed on Monday before the hot weather arrived knowing we had no cool air. He and Ben stayed and answered lots of questions after the install was over. Very thorough and courteous.

I spoke with a few other places and they refused to provide any pricing information or even give a cost range estimate by phone, insisting that they need to send a technician out in person which would be a few days at least. I am happy we came across Wildwood and were able to work with them.

I initially used them to service my 30-year old unit and they kept it going as long as they could. They then installed a new furnace and a/c in my home (once the old unit had rusted out and couldn’t be fixed) and did a fabulous job! They got me on the schedule quickly, did a great job of installation and left my home very clean. They also came back a couple of times afterwards to answer questions and address some additional items I needed help with. They even worked around my crazy schedule and were willing to change my installation at the last minute when I needed them to. They were very accommodating.

I highly recommend Wildwood Heating and Cooling whether you are looking for a company to service your furnace and a/c or to install a whole new system. They are honest and fair and do a great job at a great price. And they are friendly and a pleasure to work with!

I can't recommend Wildwood Heating and Cooling enough! Myself and family have been relying on them for years. We've always had great experiences dealing with them. The owner Scott and his technician are very knowledgeable and straightforward. We just recently had our entire system replace, their quote was lower than other HVAC companies and they did an excellent job.

My father suggested that I use Scott for installing an AC in my house more than 20 years ago. He has been called back several times for servicing my home and my fathers house as well. I have passed his name on to my son and he has been happy as well. Scott's technicians are skilled at diagnosing as well as repairing heating and cooling problems and responsive very quickly. BUT what I like best is that I can totally trust him. I feel he is extremely honest and will not do unnecessary repairs.
