Brit installed a natural gas outlet for our new direct vent stove. He gave us a detailed estimate. He was on time a very professional. After his work was completed he stayed extra to make sure the stove was hooked up correctly. Will definitely use him again!

This company tryed to fix my waterheater they tried several times the last straw was when they left all the gas lines loose in my waterheater and then would not stand behind there "work" loose term . Not professional i would not recommend this company t anyone for any reason. ... unless you like gas leaks then yeah

We needed to replace our hot water heater. We called ProTech Mechanical discussed what type of water heater would work best for our needs and agreed to move forward. They arrived on-time and from the start of installation to the completion of the work, the gentlemen were professional, very skilled, polite and extremely clean. We would definitely recommend ProTech Mechanical and will use them for any future plumbing needs we have.

I called them because I had two toilets in my new (old) house, and both were not working. They came quickly and were able to have one person come an hour and a half out of town to do the work. While I paid for the travel time - it's a union shop - it worked out well and saved the costs of extra people. The plumber was excellent and very thorough, and did two big jobs and then some small ones. Now I have two working toilets, no leaking faucets and everything is tight and running smoothly. They travel around the state and that is smart, as so many people in outlying areas need good quality work. They definitely fit that. And the bill, even with the travel time and charges was still reasonable. I was grateful for the work. Thank you !

When our main sewer line was backing up due to roots in the line, on a Sunday they didn't hesitate to come within 30 minutes. Kenny French was professional and helpful. When he noticed that the cover and seal for the main line was too worn out and would probably leak, he went out of his way to get the part and came back after another call to replace it! He provided preventive care we could do so this doesn't happen again. The root issue has been one we have faced since we moved in and not one previous plumber had ever told us what we can do to keep the roots out. I can also say for Sunday, rates they were really reasonable. I would recommend these guys to everyone!!! They saved our day and basement!!

I have used ProTech several times and been very happy. When I bought my new house, I had them look at the existing furnace which was old. They were honest and told me it was functioning fine. They did not push a new furnace on me. They installed my garbage disposal in the kitchen, cleaned the old furnace at my new house, and helped me light the hot water heater when I could not figure it out. They were always quick to the work done. They have been very honest and helpful. Prices were fair and work was quality. I recommend them highly. You can trust their work and their integrity!

I had an elderly customer that needed a new hot water heater, sewage and pipes fixed and water turned back on quickly before she was released from the hospital. And Scott with Protech got it done quickly and very clean and professionally. Will definitely be using them again

The after hours emergency tech Mitch, came to my house to snake a drain after hours and got there quickly! He was professional and courteous! This isn't the first time my main drain has backed up but it was my first time using protech, not only were the cheaper, they had better communication and left no mess! I will use them for any needs I have moving forward!

I've had two recent occasions for service and Pro-Tech arrived very quickly and took care of the problem very efficiently while being super nice and extremely professional. They are definitely my go to HVAC company from now on!! Thanks Scott and Justin!!!
