R & T Services recently installed a new furnace and heat pump in my home. They installed the "Carrier" brand which has a very good reputation but are said to be expensive. I believe R & T gave me a great deal on very high quality equipment. The whole process was professional and I was never left in the dark on the status of my installation. Communication was great! The installation went smoothly and the installation team was very polite, pleasant, and most importantly knowledgeable and my system was installed with a level of expertise that I'm very pleased with. Drop clothes were laid down as the first step and the installers were very conscientious to keep my home looking just as clean when they were done as it was before they started. With the new furnace it actually looked cleaner and the furnace room has never looked better! I would, and actually have, recommended R & T Services to my friends and neighbors. My experience leads me to believe that they will provide exceptional quality, expertise, and the greatest value for the money that customers could hope for. I believe the concern expressed for my needs was and remains sincere and I'm confident that if I have any issues at all, that they will quickly and professionally be dealt with to my complete satisfaction. I'm, of course, hoping that I have no issues and I really don't expect any.

R & T Services installed a new gas fireplace in our home. They were professional, clean, friendly and efficient. There needed to be some adjustments done after installation and they were quick to return and adjust the fireplace. They also requested if we have any problems to notify them and they would be there to readjust immediately. I would highly recommend them to family and friends!!

On a very hot day my AC was not working. I called and my phone message was answered. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He told me the best way to use the Unit and how to properly place the filter in the unit. I had it in backwards. I have used RT Services for over 4 decades and have found them very reliable . The capacitor had to be replaced and he showed me the condition of the old one. He cleaned the unit and showed me how we can clean it. Thank you to Nina and Kim for helping me today.

We recently purchased an Infinity High Efficiency Furnace and a Carrier High Efficiency Air Conditioner for our home from R&T Services. We were very impressed with the professional sales process, the quality of the product and the professional installation. We also were pleased that we saved over $2,000. from the competitors bid. R&T services did an excellent job installing my Mom's central air unit ! Jason and his crew not only gave us an estimate in A timely fashion, but the turn around time was also great for installation . My mom has an older home with a very small crawl space . The team went above and beyond to make sure this was easy process for her . I even got a reminder to change the filter when it was time !

Fixed the furnace by replacing a part. He was knowledgeable and fixed the furnace expediently and was very cordial. He was a good representative if R&T Services!
But the business charged $300 for a $3 part and 1/2 hour of service. We probably will not be calling them to fix our furnace in the future.

R & T installed a two-unit mini split air conditioner in our house and we couldn't be more pleased with the product, the installation, and the service after the sale. Cold weather and a non working furnace is not a good situation so I called R&T Services. There was talk about replacing my old furnace, but then they decided that my furnace was a good brand that had a reputation of lasting a longer than others. So they repaired the one I have. That was two years ago and I am looking forward to another comfortable winter.
