Mountain Heating replaced my blower motor and after two months the fan motor wouldn't turn on. I called to describe what was going on. He told me, "What do you want from me?" I said, "I'd like to have it diagnosed." His answer, "I'm too busy, there are other places you can call. And, I can tell you this much, that motor is not the problem."
His service, or lack there of, is horrible, he is rude, and I highly recommend people call someone else. You will be better off!!!
Since he wouldn't come to diagnose the problem I called another company. They came and wouldn't you know it, it was the motor that was bad. Like I said, the lack of customer service is the big issue. I understand that a part can go bad, but when the company is rude and unhelpful that is another thing all together.
