Accurate Heating and Cooling came over to our house during a weekend evening due to our air conditioner not working. Justin was the employee and he provided beyond excellent service. He fixed our problem quickly to minimize any charges we would have. I was thrilled with the cost of our repairs since it was a Saturday evening. I would give accurate heating and cooling my strongest recommendation.

Amazing customer service!! We’ve used Accurate for several years and they’ve always been great. Last summer we had some crazy problem with our AC after installing a new one and had some issue with the duct work after but Justin never gave up!! He came back as many times as we asked and incredibly figured out the complicated issue. They never charged extra or gave us any hassle even though we called them back several times and probably made them crazy. When they say customer comfort, they really mean it — this isn’t the first time Justin has bent over backwards to get it right. The receptionists are always kind and remember you. Their customer service is truly amazing and their prices have always been fair. We highly recommend them!

I've had two experiences with Accurate in the last year (separate issues!) and I am impressed with their service and their prices. Justin was our tech this time; he was on time, cleaned up well afterwards, and explained the issues and repairs thoroughly. I have no reason to look anywhere else for furnace/AC repair.

WOW! I filled out a contact us form last night and Tony called me first thing this morning. I had an appointment! I was told they would be there sometime between 1 and 3 pm. Justin called about 10 minutes to 1 and said he'd be there by 1:15. Low and behold, he was here! Justin was friendly and quick. He got my thermostat programmed and was able to troubleshoot a wiring issue and was done in 15 minutes! All I paid was the $79 service fee! I'd recommend Accurate for any Heating and Cooling service. I know I'm using them for now on!

On a very hot day my air conditioning failed. Accurate came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. After going to get parts and then making the repairs, we were cool again the same day. One part was still under warranty. Charges were reasonable and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Justin was pleasant and obviously knew what he was doing.

Accurate heating and cooling have been taking care of our HVAC needs for about 10 years now. Their service man Justin is always friendly polite on time and very efficient. We heartily recommend accurate heating and cooling!

I called for appointment Sunday July 28th. I was contacted by Justin less then one hour. He came out and fixed my AC. He took the time and explained what he did and told me that my furnace or furnace panel probably need to be replaced or fixed. He did what he could to fix it. He also explained the options I have if it goes bad again, patch or replace. My equipment is 15 years old. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain everything. Accurate will be my choice for all repairs or replacement.

We've been Accurate Heating & Cooling customers for many years at two different residences. The team is prompt, courteous, and efficient. We subscribe to the yearly maintenance plan for our AC & Furnace. Routine service definitely saves money in the long run. We've never been "up sold" or felt that the service technicians had anything but our best interests in mind when providing service and repair. Highly recommended small business that cares about customers!
