Jake did a terrific job! He was professional both on the phone and during his service call. His troubleshooting of our a/c problem was very thorough, he was knowledgeable, on time, and he answered all our questions.
We won’t use anyone else but Controlled Comfort, they’ve always given us the best service and care.

Siri professional and nice. I believe he took his time. During one part of the conversation I could not understand him. He did say that perhaps I should call and get an appointment and have a more experienced AC person check the issue out.

Zivanai was very personable and was willing to talk to my husband about a concern we have regarding temperature difference between the main floor and the second floor. He spent a good amount of time cleaning out unit and checking to see that it was working properly.
