Amazing customer service, right from the beginning when making the call. They were able to come out same day. Zane was our tech and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything, listened to my concerns and followed up. Everything was taken care of same day. We had a new water heater installed. The detailed instructions for follow up were provided and clear and he showed me how to work everything. I am now a loyal customer!

We accidentally got hit by a cable laying company. John Henry got a tech out on a Saturday, did the best they could to open the line for us until Monday when they could bring the heavy duty equipment.

They found the bore hole hit, got it estimate on a Tuesday, repaired by Wednesday! A lot faster than my wife or I expected.

They were great about working with our schedules, keeping things clean as they came in and out, dealt with my three dogs wanting to be little helping friends.

I would definitely use them again!

Ian was pleasant, approachable, professional and efficient. He performed the necessary repair quickly with absolutely no mess and then showed us how to repeat his steps so we didn't have to call again on this issue. John Henry is now our go-to plumbing service!

I called around 2:00 p.m. Friday they were able to get me in same day. I had noticed a leak in my office around my wall the only other thing on the other side of my wall is the Outdoor Plumbing for the faucet. Trevor w. was amazing explained everything all the way through. If I didn't quite understand what he was talking about he made sure to explain it in a way that us people that are not plumbers understand. He was very friendly and respectful of my home and everything in it including my animals. This is the first time I have used John Henry's and I don't know about any of the other employees but Trevor by far was outstanding. If I ever have any other plumbing needs I will request Trevor by name because of the outstanding work respect and fast service he provided. Thanks again Trevor you rock!!!

Update/edit: All of the below is true - HOWEVER, they did totally correct the underlying problem which was a badly deteriorated main pipe under the basement floor. The demolition/construction crew came within 3 days - very quick in my opinion, dug up the old pipe which was cracked and eroded at the top and replaced it. It took two days to dig up and remove the old pipe (about 20 feet I'd estimate), install new pipe, inspect and refill the trench with concrete - very quick and efficient. They cleaned up the mess that was created. I would use John Henry's again. The second half of the work I would rate as a 5. I think that trying to initially clean it (below) caused it to collapse but the pipe did need to be replaced - that is obvious now.

Previous review: Our sewer line was running slow. I was trying to prevent a backup by having them clear the line. The plumbers arrived on time on Friday and were polite. They didn't think there was a problem at first, but decided to use a camera to see if there was a clog. There was a partial "soft" blockage and roots on downstream. The water was relatively clear. We agreed to have them "jet" the pipe. When I inquired a while later, they said that it didn't work completely because the line was too small and the jet couldn't get through. They said they tried and tried. They were able to clear roots from a different access. I then agreed to a smaller snake type clearing device. When I inquired later, they said that the end was getting stuck in the MUD so they couldn't turn the corner, and that the sewer line was broken. The camera, that had formerly shown the inside of the pipe, now came back covered in mud. I write this from a hotel room because we do not currently have a working sewer. Monday someone from the company is coming to give us an estimate of what it will cost to jackhammer the basement floor and replace the pipe.

The scheduling was flawless and service was prompt and professional. They called to make sure I was available before coming over and the technician did great work. I have used JH twice for plumbing and both times the work was great. The pricing is pretty high in my opinion. This visit cost $365 before tax to unclog a sink. If you subtract the 50 dollar trip charge that left $315 for the technicians time and a few minor material expenses. It took the tech about 40 minutes of work from when he arrived to when he was packed and left. After material costs on both of my visits, labor was well over $200+ and hour. In short, if you want a Job done well, John Henrys will do it for you, albeit at a premium.

we had a late evening sewer line back up in our basement. we called John Henry and had a live person on the phone (Jasmine) and within 45 minutes had a plumber (Kyle) at our house. Kyle was very professional and explained the situation to us clearly and transparently. agreed the work was completed he had cleaned up where he was working and let us know about best practice for the future. overall we had a great experience from start to finish and at the end of the night, we had a functioning sewer line!

John Henry's staff was pleasant and professional. Jasmine (in-take) and Kyle (plumbing professional) were great to work with.

John came out and quoted us a new HVAC system. He was professional, caring and willing to educate us on what we needed. We ended up going with a different bid based on what we could afford. I would recommend John because he wished us luck with what we picked, hoped we enjoy what the system we chose, thanked us for the opportunity and wished me a happy father's day. Very class act!! Thank you sir for your time. Definitely 5 stars.

We had a great experience from Jon Becker answering our questions promptly to the installers, Derek and Dave. They were efficient and friendly. They cleaned up after them and showed great care in moving things to our basement for the installation. We are so happy with the efficiency of the new Trane air conditioner and furnace. It runs less than our old one and we have less dust in our house. Great job by everyone. John Henry is a great company.

Our water heater started leaking in the evening and we called to make an appointment for the next day. We were able to get on the schedule and the tech arrived in the morning to help us. He was very prompt, professional and kind in helping us. We needed a new water heater and ours was still in warranty so the tech helped us start the warranty claim process. It was all made quick, easy and convenient to diagnose our problem and remove and install the new water heater. Would recommend John Henry's.
