National Furnace & Air Conditioning

Came home to our AC not working at around 8 pm. when putting our 11 month old down for bed. Called for emergency service and was able to get someone out quickly. We are so grateful for the professional service and that we didn’t get overcharged because we requested after hours service. Will definitely be using National again for our future needs. The service tech was great. Kind and courteous and there to help.

I called to request service in the morning when our central air went out on a very hot summer day. I was told they could have a person (Grant) here around 2pm if that was ok, I was happy to get someone here the same day so I said "yes". I received a text about 1:45 saying Grant was on his way. He arrived just after 2pm as promised. He was very friendly and professional. He got right to work and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. He provided tips on preventive maintenance I could do to keep things running smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the repairs as well. I will definitely keep them in my contacts for any future issues that may arise. I highly recommend National Furnace & Air Conditioning!!

Superb and responsive customer service. Very open and transparent when answering questions about HVAC systems. National Furnace & A/C replaced my furnace last year and just recently replaced my 20+ year old A/C with a heat pump. And they had no issue with installing my preferred smart thermostat over the initially proposed, more expensive Trane XL824 thermostat. Very much recommend!

Came home from a long hot day of state baseball and my air conditioner wasn’t running! With it being 4th of July weekend I felt doomed! But I called National and Nolan came out within an hour! He was very professional and got it up & running in no time! Thanks again!

Got HVAC system replaced Nate and Nolan were super nice and professional! They did an amazing job! Highly recommend working with National Furnace over other companies! I didn’t feel priced gouged on the cost of replacing the HVAC system! I am very pleased and will continue to give my business to National in the future!

Had these guys help out this winter for a non-regular hours issue. They reset the system and made a minor tweak and the furnace was working. Said that they didn't really fix much, so if the issue happened again, they would look into it without an extra charge. It happened again, they lived up to their word. I had them do a tune-up and so far so good. Tune-up was around $90. No idea how that compares to anyone else, but oh well... ill call them again if I run into problems down the road. Nate was the first tech and Chris Nguyen was the second visit along with another guy. Good people. Thanks!
