They give you options on how to attack your plumbing issues. The involvement and transparency makes for a great experience. Stephen was excellent, a true consummate professional. He's great even for a Green Bay Packers fan!!! ;) the thing that's really keeping it from being a five star review is being charged 200 bucks for a drain clear and the drain isn't really clear there's still standing water when showering. The snake was broken off in the drain and accidents happen. Stuff happens. Phil had to come out from Burton and kind of give me a rundown of everything.

Called Burton for an estimate. I was informed that there would be a $89 charge for someone to come out. I told them that I would pass. Then they asked if I would feel better if it was only $45. I told them no. Then I was told that since I was a first-time customer, it would be free. It seemed a bit shady, but I agreed. I was told that someone would be by the next day sometime after 1 pm. I took off work early and waited at home. 4pm rolled around, and I received an automated text stating that they were too busy to come out that day. The next week, I just happened to be home and got a call that a technician was on their way over. The tech was very nice and personable. Took him only 10 minutes to figure out what I needed to have an outdoor gas line added for a fire pit. He estimated 60' of gas line coming straight off my gas meter and buried 18". I was given an estimate of over $5200...

I had a very respectful gentleman come to my home. He assesed my situation with my 11 year old furnace. My furnace kept going out when the cold spells were too much for it to handle. He cleaned up the filter and furnace. Fortunately for now it is continuing to run. He gave me a quote for the replacement of the current furnace. I'm not ready yet, but now I know exactly what to expect. Thank you!

Burton was contracted out to install a furnace in the home I eventually purchased. According to the technician, they were only tasked to install the furnace and connect the pipes to the existing infrastructure which yeah that's fine most of the time... except in my case the exhaust vent ended in my attic so for a year I've been living in a home that's basically had the equivalent of a car running in it. I only noticed what was going on because my wife noticed some signs of water damage coming from the attic which prompted me to climb up there. It seems like a really simple situation that could have been avoided if the original installer just cared enough to QC their work.

If you are here then you probably don't know the ins and outs of these systems like me which is why I'd recommend going to a different company that cares about the quality of their work.
