Ideal Heating & Air Conditioning

Josh was the on-site tech and did a great job! We purchased a new Rheem 4 ton A/C from Ideal, Brian and Corwin, in July 2021. We orginally thought the problem issue was related to the A/C. It was not. We retained our old furnace as it was in good shape when the new A/C was installed. Turns out the problem was a bad condenser in the furnace blower fan. Easy fix, but not easily found. Josh went through his diagostic checks, found the bad condenser and replaced it all in under 2 hours. He explained thoughly the process, our options and found a reasonably priced new condenser. Jonathan came out to fix the AC unit that wouldn't turn on. He found the problem quickly and doubled checked everything. This was great as I was recovering at home from surgery, and really needed expert help. Thanks Jonathan.

Ideal was wonderful to work with!! I highly recommend their company! When I bought my new house in 2021, they installed the new AC unit. They were more thorough than the other 5 companies I got quotes from and offered more options. They offered the best pricing and payment plan. I have used them for system maintenance too and was very pleased. They are responsive, professional, and you can tell they take care great care of their employees based off of the amazing customer service.

We had a new install done to replace the AC/Condenser/Furnace units, as well as expand airflow/conditioning across the house. We also had some existing hardware that was reused.

Ideal was really good! From the project manager, to the service techs, to the owner, to the service coordinator. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Everything was done very well and very fast. Their service techs could work around some of the nuance of a store bought humidifier in place of their own. There was a few slight bumps after the system break in that they continually worked at until they were fixed.

I will be using Ideal again in the future if I should need any HVAC assistance!
