Alex is always very helpful. Hard working and has good knowledge. Great place to buy equipment and parts.

Larry, our salesperson, does a great job! He is very dependable, and it is apparent that his main concern is to make sure we are well taken care of and have what we need. Also, the sales and service staff are very friendly and do their best to help us provide service to our customers.

I'm glad I got there before they opened! What a busy place! I got turned around and waited. Pretty soon I saw they opened my doors and were unloading me in the parking lot. I didn't have to bump a narrow dock. I would go back again. Nice folks, easy delivery.

I needed a 20" duct 90 by the weekend and they wouldn't sell it to me. Luckily my brother recommended Baker Distributing, they had what I wanted in stock, at a better price and didn't give me any BS about not having a HVAC license. I will not use AC Pro because I can't and I will tell anyone who will listen about my negative experience.

Yeah service tech Scott came out to evaluate my heating issue. It was a circuit board problem, but rather than charging me $500 to replace the board like everyone else wanted to he said there was just a little solder missing & he applied some & we are back up & running. An awesome technician & company. Thanks Scott...

New Air Incorporated is extremely pleased with the overall performance of AC Pro Las Vegas. They are able to take care of the metal fabrication we need as well as provide HVAC materials in a very efficient manor.
