I had scheduled an appointment between 9 am and 1 pm. My partner waited all day for someone to show up or call. I called customer service 3 times, the "call center supervisor" had an attitude and acted like she has never talked to me before. I expressed how unprofessional was their approach. She started yelling at me. I am trying to get a new AC system installed and nobody is interested in taking my business. Customer service at minus -5 stars. Do not bother, they do not care to show up for the simple appointment, imagine installing a whole unit!
Reply to your answer! Great excuse! I have the phone records to prove it, it is your company. I called on June 1st and my appointment was on June 4th! Total of 4 phone calls.
Horrible installation work, wired incorrectly, unit did not work, mangled a bracket that is supposed to be a water proof fitting because they tried to force a 3/4 fitting into a 1/2 hole using tin-snips. The wiring was just insane: multiple splices, the wrong gage, the wrong colors, cross wiring, and some wires not even connected (and he could not figure out why the unit did not work). Here is a picture of the part I had to re-order from the manufacturer because of the installer.
Nick & Perry were great! They put on there shoe covers before stepping foot in our home. They immediately found the problem which was the thermostat. They quickly replaced it and inspected air flow temperature in vents and were done in under 45 minutes!! I would definitely recommend Fire & Ice for your air conditioning needs.
Literally the “Worst” company I have ever dealt with … unsure and under-confident of their work, coupled with literally the worst service attitude of the management …. arrogant bullies … using threats on customers if payment is not made as per their rigid, inflexible terms (they had done a shoddy job which I paid for, so had to ask them to come again next day to resolve the problem for which they charged me thrice as much. All I requested was that I would pay after a day to make sure if everything is ok. They just refused aggressively and threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t pay immediately 😲). Most shocking of all was when they saved my credit card on their file even when I told them not to do so. Then shamelessly said they would use my credit card details in their file, which in fact I had asked them not to save. Appalling and technically an illegal practice. So would not recommend to anyone, ever !!! Not good people to deal with. Awful experience !! I would give a negative rating with red flags if I could !! Stay away from them !!!
Fire-n-ice came to fix my leaky faucet in the bathtub and they did a wonderful job. Damien and Hans were very professional, polite and cleaned my bathroom after they were done. I highly recommend them.
Today two of your guys came to my apartment complex to change out my A/C unit. My apartment didn't tell me they were coming and I was kinda of shocked but they made it so easy. Eric and Mike C. are to if the nicest guys 💯🌹 They replaced the unit so quick AND cleaned up and left things just as they found it!! Customer service wise they were GREAT. They even didn't mind my crazy little dogs that bathed at them now stop until Mike C per them...LOL Thank you again guys, it was a pleasure and I appreciate the great work
Tim worked on my unit after it set the smoke alarms off 2 days ago( they couldn't work over the new years weekend because the trucks were locked up for the weekend) and I asked him if it was fixed..he said it is for now??? No heat for 2 days on a 6 month old unit that they installed. And he couldn't discuss what was wrong with it to me because I was just a renter..it was confidential to the apartment manager..SOOO RUDE!
My unit is less than 6 months old and 3 times in 3 weeks the outside unit has stopped working. It always happens on the weekend and they have some excuse why they can’t help us. So we are on our third weekend without A/C. You have to wonder when a company has only 5 stars or 1 stars rating who you believe and I’m sure in the next week there will be a couple more 5 star reviews to out way my 1 star. Most likely it would be best to call someone else.
