We had an emergency at 9 PM where our shower faucet would not turn off unless done by the main valve. We called gold medal for their 24/7 service. They were honest and said that night all they had on was a technician on who could turn off the valve and nothing more till next morning. We turned it off ourselves and they had us scheduled for 8am next day. Doug Chatman was our plumber who was AMAZING. From his professionalism, expertise, and manners we were so happy to have him help us fix our shower. If I could give more than 5 stars for him I would! I told him he was our Christmas Angel.
