DeHart Plumbing, Heating, & Air

There were 5 men from dehart plumbing that came to change out my heater and air conditioner in my home and they were all professional and even took time to explain when I had questions. They were also considerate of my request not to have shoes on the carpet. I would use them again for my heating and a/c needs.

Michael came and gave us an estimate. He completed a thorough check of our heating system. The estimated price was lower than another company plus a free water heater. Derrick and Jack arrived on time for the installation. They were polite and answered questions I had about the system. They replaced our heater and added air conditioning plus the new water heater. They completed the job on time. Their work was professional and neat. Michael also assisted us in getting several rebates on our new system.

DeHart was very professional and responsive while installing our new equipment. They contacted us directly to come and perform required maintenance, didn't even have to call them. I would recommend DeHart for any services that they perform. We are very happy with them.

Called when our thermostat stopped and got same day service. Needed some repairs that were a fraction of the cost another company quoted. The tech was professional, respected our home and our time. We were so pleased we set up a maintenance plan.

I had a water main leak. Brian, who performed the repair was extremely professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing even though it was obvious to me that the job was very difficult. He was easy to talk with and even joke with. My husband and I were getting estimates for a new HVAC system this week. We contacted DeHart in Reno as we liked the reviews we saw online.

Michael.Sailsbery showed up promptly for his appointment just a few days later. Michael was extremely thorough and gave us plenty of options for replacing our current system. He toured the home, looked at our current HVAC system and then sent to work giving us estimates for the size of our home. He patiently explained each air conditioner, furnace, and even air purifier, that they recommended.

Just finished having a new furnace installed and I was impressed with the very polite and efficient technicians. When you have someone in your home doing work like this, it means a lot to feel comfortable with the people who are there doing it. They seemed to know what they were doing and did the installation within the timeframe that I was given.
