Our water heater had been acting up and needed service. Triumph came over quickly and diagnosed the need to replace the water heater. The owner Devin promptly provided an estimate via email and upon acceptance, he dispatched one of his top men, John, who came over as stated and replaced our water heater. He explained how it worked and what we needed to know. John was extremely pleasant, like I had known him for years :-). He was able to finish just under 2 hours and impressed with his service.

The water heater is excellent and running the best we ever had.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors of various trades, and without a doubt, the professional installers at TRIUMPH set the bar for all others. Companies often advertise how customer service is top priority, only to fall far short of their boast. For TRIUMPH, customer service really is top priority. The installers were always courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about their product. They went out of their way to make this customer reassured that they'd get my house be back online with heat and hot water after experiencing a failed boiler. Being from an engineering background, I tend to ask a LOT of questions. A huge shout out to John (the lead) for his patience in answering my questions and researching when a correct answer was not at the tip of his mind. Another very impressive work quality the TRIUMPH crew displayed was their tenacity to get the job done but done right. Today's youth would never think about working overtime, but John, Ryan, and Rich worked their *** off with long hours and in a true team effort. And if a small electrical problem occurs, TRIUMPH is Johnny-on-the-spot with the electrical department promptly arriving at the house and squaring away the issue. Thank you, David. So, in closing, I'd say that Devin (owner) has developed a very good business that is truly customer focused and employs friendly people who like their job, and are truly skilled at their job.

I called Triumph when the furnace in my commercial garage failed to run. Every interaction I have had with them, from scheduling the call to the actual repair by the technicians, and the billing and followup has been above and beyond what I could expect. This is a company that is organized, professional, and responsive, and I've now switched my home system's service to them as well. Highly recommended.

Triumph came highly recommended by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. Very pleased with their professional installation of a new heating system in my townhouse, point of contact Devin was very responsive, professional and prompt. We are super pleased with the new system and in turn I've recommended them to two additional neighbors!

Triumph did a fantastic job installing a new heating system for our house as well as fixing some pluming issues we had. They were extremely professional, prompt and tidy. The new ducting was put in nice and neat as was all other components. They listened to concerns, talked us through everything and helped us understand the new heating very well. We are now very cozy and comfortable, just in time for super cold temps.

The plumbing repair was also very professional and well done. They resolved issues that existed when we bought our house and really made everything work so much better.

I would definitely recommend and plan to use their services again should I need them.

Amazingly helpful and fast, the HVAC system stopped working at one of our rental houses, which led to a big problem. Triumph got it fixed faster than we could believe.

This company was amazing. I can't believe how great my experience was with them. Devin was very helpful and professional. After not having heat since Christmas Eve, I searched frantically for someone to come out on a holiday. I had a contact with another company who was going to leave us with no heat for almost a week. When I called Triumph Devin actually answered the phone on the Christmas holiday and said he could get someone out today!! I also couldn't believe how reasonable the invoice was. I will not be going back to the other company and will be using Triumph for all our heating and AC needs.
