After getting the run around from a company I used for 25 years, I called ProHVAC for my non-responsive A/C. They set me an appointment for a Wed but said they would try to fit me in before the long holiday weekend. They managed to fit me in on Friday and got my A/C up and running again. Great experience with this company and I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need service on my A/C or furnace.

I called these guys to check out a non-responsive AC unit. They were able to quickly schedule and they showed up to the appointment right on time.

Very professional and fast. The issue was able to be corrected on the spot and the charge was just for the evaluation visit.

Can't say enough good things about this firm. Had several of their competition out to quote on putting central air into the second floor of an old house. This was challenging because of the small space and limited access.

They were the only company that found an old abandoned chimney to run the lines to the condenser and without running them along the outside of the house.

They were fast, neat, reasonably priced and there have been no problems. They come back once a year to service the unit.

Jeremiah was amazing, I can not say enough of how appreciative of him I am right now. I put in a call on a Saturday night when I had about 6 other calls out for my furnace. He was the only one who called back and not only called back was at my place within 20 minutes helped my mother who was watching the place fix the furnace, he was super knowledgeable friendly and professional. We ended up having to call him Sunday morning for an unrelated issue and same thing he was out there within the hour of the call and hooked us up with the right plumbers for the job. I can’t say enough good things about this experience I had and peace of mind. Highly recommend this company and owner.

I was referred to Pro HVAC to replace a very old oil tank at my home. From the first contact to the completion, everyone was responsive, polite, professional and helpful. The crew sent to install the tank were top notch. They, sincerely, went above and beyond in their duties and I am so grateful for their attentiveness & assistance.

After having left eight unreturned messages with other HVAC business in the area, I was able to reach Sue on my first call to Pro HVAC and she was able to set up an appointment for me for a gas furnace issue. Not only was she helpful, but she was customer focused. A tech was sent out and arrived on time as promised and resolved my issue. Following that, I received a professional invoice with a very reasonable service charge for the work that was done. While I don't look forward to having more issues at my property, I am very happy that I have found Pro HVAC and I highly recommend them and will only call on them in the future.

Had Pro HVAC out as a second opinion. We had been using a company that could not diagnose issue and kept charging us for visits, and never explained what they came out to address.

After two hours the repairman from Pro HVAC had addressed the issues, fixed them, came up and explained everything they did and made sure I fully understood what they found. Guy was immensely knowledgeable, transparent, and I felt dependable. Today I received a call from a woman in the office to follow up and ensure my needs were met, experience was positive. This is the type of service a solid company offers. Got the bill and they were very reasonably priced.
