Garrett has been very good to work with since installing and servicing my heat pump for the past ten years. His company responds promptly when called and they have backed up their work as promised. I have had very few heat pump related issues over the years, on the couple of occasions they’ve presented, Elite Heating and Cooling has taken care of them quickly.

Garrett was very nice, went out of his way to be sure he could do what he could for our outside unit, he kept us in the loop of the process. His fees were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend!

Alex, from Elite, came to perform routine maintenance on our propane furnace and discovered that the heat exchanger was damaged due to overheating. He immediately shut down and red-flagged the system. He contacted his boss, Garrett, and informed us they would secure and install a new system within a few days and so they did! We were extremely impressed with their prompt action. Alex installed the unit and Garrett came by to check his work and further explained that the old furnace was improperly plumbed resulting in the damaged heat exchanger. They made the necessary adjustments to the system to assure we did not have the same problem occur again. Both Alex and Garrett are professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable in all things HVAC.

Our less than 2 yr old AC system decided it did not want to turn on. I had a scheduled appt with the company that installed it but they called to canceled my appt the day of. I reached out to Elite, received a phone call from Garrett. He heard my issue, understood my concerns and came out that same day within hours of the initial contact. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. On top of that he identified the problem and fixed it!!

Garrett is professional, very knowledgeable, extremely detail oriented and went way out of his way, and outside the scope of the original plan, to make sure everything was done as near perfect as possible. There were several issues encountered during the work which could not have been identified previously but Garrett and his team were able to adjust and adapt in every case to overcome the problems. Additionally, there were several deficiencies identified during the work that could have simply been ignored but Garrett took the time to correct them all.
All steps of the process were explained in detail and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and to our 100% satisfaction.

A couple of weeks ago our Attic Furnace's blower motor went out at the beginning of a stretch of cold days.
Garrett of Elite Heating and Air Conditioning came for a service call and found out that our 20
years old York Furnace had been obsoleted and there are no York replacement part available.
Garrett suggested that we replace the furnace with a America Standard. Once we decided on the model, he
came and installed the new unit and has it working in two days. This is exceptional and very much appreciated.
Other service companies and installers would have scheduled it 2~3 weeks out.
