I had an AC attic system put in when I bought my house. Different company did it. Jason, Dave and Tracy have been so great about getting out here the many times I’ve had trouble with the unit. They’ve practically had to redo all of the duct work. They do their very best to get out here on an ASAP basis. I’m so pleased with their service. I’m not pleased with my air conditioning system but they’re doing their best to fix a really poor installation by somebody else. I’m ready to have the whole system redone by Gas Connection. I trust their work.

Had this company come out and replace the central.a.c. unit. Price was great , Dave was super nice and informative the entire process. On install day the 2 techs were punctual , very nice and informative , they did a great job cleaning up the job site after completion. This company installed our heating system years ago too. They will be my go to for all future heating /a.c repairs or needs.

Dave, Tim and Trevor performed superb work installing the water heater, stove, boiler service and the mini splits. They took extreme care around the houes, explained any questions along the way. Awesome customer service and pleasure to work with.

I called and left message to make an appointment. I got a call back within minutes and spoke with a very respectful and knowledgeable person who listened to my issue and walked me through the likely remedy. Fast turn around time for an appointment and transparent pricing. I'm very satisfied.

Their drivers need to be trained better seeing one almost crashed into my car this afternoon while being on the phone! Then proceeded to laugh like it was a funny matter. NOT OKAY AT ALL! This is how I’m innocent kids and families get hurt by the. Stupidly of others! I hope when I called and made a complaint it is taken seriously and this employee/driver grows up because if it was his toddler and child in the car scared with his pregnant wife he wouldn’t think it was such a funny matter! Smh

We bought a good house in 2017 and remodeled significantly in 2019. The HVAC system still didn't work properly. Tim came down and redesigned the system so that it works like a dream. I am very grateful to Dave, Tim, and Trevor for making our entire HVAC system work amazingly well, and they did it quickly, neatly, and with good cheer to boot. Best contractors we have had, ever. The Gas Connection located in Nashua installed a new 2400 btu ductless mini split ac/heat pump in my home . There installers where courteous , neat , prompt , professional and knowledgeable . I do have to add tolerant as I am a tradesman who likes things his way and found it hard to stay out of the way . These guys are great and do a fantastic job . I can't wait to have a quite summer without window AC's . I have given there name to many friends .family member and my own customers as they have been a proven name in the local business community .

We have been using gas connection for all our heating and air conditioning for the past three years. they have replaced our heating system, our air conditioner and this visit they replaced our hot water tank. We are very happy with this company and we will have them take care of all our heating and cooling needs in the future. Dave ,the owner, is very responsive and professional and has always been very helpful. The techs showed up on time and did a great job with the installation. When they were done, I couldn't even tell I had anyone working in my home. They cleaned everything up and put the furniture back in its proper place. The guys were friendly, polite, and very professional. Thank you guys for a great job! if anyone is looking for any heating or cooling needs, this is a wonderful company and they will take good care of you and give you a fair price

Wow, we are so impressed with this company! We purchased our home last year, and have called them in for a couple of small issues with good results. This time, we found our older a/c unit was done and had to be replaced. It was a cooler week, and they were able to come look within a few days. We expected to wait a week and a half for installation, but there was a cancellation, and we were able to have it installed the next day, right before a heat wave! Jason is a terrific technician. He's very professional, cheerful, helpful, comes exactly when expected. He wore shoe covers for the eval and put down drop cloths for the work without being asked. We had a problem with a drain line the next day, over the weekend, which couldn't handle the output from the new a/c unit. The owner came right over, fixed our problem immediately at no charge. It's such a gift to find a service company that does great work and can be trusted. Thank you!!

Impressive service! I had an urgent need to get my heater going before the storm and they fit me in the same day. Very professional, yet also kind and personable. I had an all-around good feeling and experience with this company. Jason was friendly, patient and glad to answer any questions I had about how the system worked. He also struck me as someone who’s very good at what he does! Fair prices as well. Highly recommend it!
