Big Al's Services

Big Al has come to the rescue on multiple occasions. First time was this past winter when my furnace was not igniting properly. Big Al diagnosed it quickly and replaced the faulty part quickly. The second was recently when my A/C fan was running but was not getting cold. Again, fast response, quick diagnosis, and even faster part swap. Big Al's is amazing and I suggest they be your first call when your HVAC goes haywire.

We had our 2 installs done toward the end of April (2023) and I wanted to wait and see how well our systems worked before commenting.

Our 30 year old furnace was replaced with a Thermopride Spirit Oil furnace. The air the new unit moves is phenomenal compared to our old system and it is so much more quiet!

We then had a 3 head Mitsubishi Hyper Heat mini split system installed. We have already used it and we love it. We have to actually listen to hear it. The air moves great and the temp you set it at, is the temp you will get in the room.

As far as installations go, Al and the Team are efficient, work great together and are clean. If I hadn't been home when they were there, I would not have know they had been there.

We have used Big Al's for our standard service for a while now, and will continue to do so. If you need a reliable, trustworthy company to work with, we highly recommend Big Al's.

Al and his team do a great job. They were on time, professional, and courteous. My house was spotless after they finished a mini split install. Highly recommend.

We can’t say enough about Big Al’s. We had an emergency situation at the house and needed a new oil tank. Al came out quickly to assess, and the team worked incredibly hard to get the job done. Our install/removal was one of the toughest the guys have had to do, but they did not give up. They kept a positive attitude, stayed determined, and made it happen! Everyone on the team was so incredibly pleasant to work with, and we are confident in how well the job was done. We are so thankful to have found Big Al’s!

Al and his workers were very professional and arrived when they said they would. Boiler removal and boiler installation all done in one very hot day . The next day we had a problem with one of the parts installed at the factory. Al and one of his workers came back immediately when I called after hours.

You couldn't ask for better service. They will go above and beyond to get you back up and running. Super fast response for an emergency call. Even though a part wasn't available, they were able to figure out a work-around that got us our heat and hot water back for a couple days until job could be completed. They also won't try to upsell you. Everybody from the boiler/plumbing guys to the electricians are just good people and top notch. It started off as a first time emergency call and turned into my family finding our new plumbing/heating company.

Al is wonderful! He is responsive and quickly gets you on the schedule. We had an issue with water leaking from our furnace and he walked me through things to check and then got us on his schedule for next day fix. I highly recommend!

This was our first time using Big Al's and we couldn't be more pleased. They responded promptly to set up a repair time for us and didn't leave until the job was done. Both Al and his employee were pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be using them again.
