Walked down into the basement the other morning and stepped into a puddle of water. Not flooded but wet. Suspected my old water heater. Shut it down and called T Garrity expecting no hot water for a few days. To my surprise the owner Tim picked up on his cell. Told me he was on his way to an estimate in another town and would swing by on his way back to have a look. He and his brother did in fact come to inspect the situation a couple of hours later confirming that indeed my water heater had heated its last. Another surprise, he said they could run out and get me a replacement that morning but didnt know if his electrician could make it today but he'd try to get him on site (I had decided to switch from oil fired hot water to electric and would need a dedicated breaker). Two hours later the HWH was installed and another hour after that the electrician came by. You tell me where and when in this day and age can you get a plumber and electrician to even come to look at your job same day, not only that, but to have the whole process completed in a few hours. Thank you! The best, highly recommend.

We've been calling Tim Garritty for over two weeks now, first by text and then by phone. We have two oil furnaces that need annual maintenance. We know it's not a priority, but we're looking to establish a long term relationship. Tim has called back, but so far has not scheduled an appointment. Not a good start.
Tim and his brother stopped by our house today to fix a leaky oil fired boiler. These guys were professional, found the issue and resolved it quickly. I also tend to ask a lot of questions, and English isn't my wife's first language, so some of the technical conversations are a little harder for her to follow. I mention this point out how patient these guys were in discussing our boiler and their fix.
In New England, everyone needs the peace of mind that they have a great HVAC guy on their side. I've got this guy on speed dial, and will be calling him again.

They also saved us almost $8,000 by replacing an inexpensive part on our water heater, (two other big name local companies who came to the house told us to just buy a new water heater, then tried to up-sell us.) He never even mentioned buying new, he simply came in and fixed the problem that we had been stressing over for almost a year and the problem went away. When does that happen!?!?
