Kettle's Heating & Air Conditioning

Got quotes from many different companies for my air conditioning system, and Kettles was by far the best priced and the service was done within days. All the employees were very friendly and professional, definitely recommend!

Jay was excellent at servicing my Lennox AC unit. Was having issue where it was not turning on, he diagnosed and repaired in a very timely manner. He even gave me common preventive care maintenance practices! Incredibly honest and a master of traditional mechanics.

Jay is AMAZING! He is the real deal. Hey is in the business to serve people and meet their needs. He and Riccardo came out to my home the day after Christmas, after coming from another job, to fix my heat. Turns out I needed a new system. He had my house warm within a couple of hours. They had to return the next day to finish, which they did! They have great attitudes, they speak respectfully, they explained everything (and I had questions!) and they really worked well together. AND they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves! I’m so happy to have found this company. They will exceed your expectations too!

Prompt excellent service in a time of need. My air was not working correctly in my kids rooms making it far too hot to sleep. Within 20 minutes of my call the owner was here and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Would absolutely recommend.

My air conditioning unit stopped working on day one of a heat wave; and my dogs and I were baking in the house. My roommate called this company and someone was at my house in less than two hours to fix the problem. Even with a full schedule, they made time to come out and fix the issue same day. Didn’t try to upsell us on anything, honest, respectful to myself and my dogs, efficient and super pleasant to deal with.

I went with this guy because he seemed to have good reviews but I feel like I was taken advantage of a bit. I needed two parts changed, one on both my air units. The first day he diagnosed everything and worked a few hours and charged me a little over $200 for a service fee. Then came back a few days later and fixed the other problem, and that took barely a half hour for him to fix and he charged me another $200 for another service fee on top of the money for the parts. Nice guy but that was the most expensive half hour of my life.

These folks are among the best we have ever worked with. Mr. Kettle and team replaced our entire HVAC system and a couple or extra jobs added at last minute. Very good work after taking prior time to explain fully his recommendations. He answered all questions giving us as much time as we needed to have all issues "clear" by the time of initiating work.

I'm so grateful for kettles heating and cooling. It was 2:30 in the morning and my house was an icebox at 51 degrees. I called other companies before kettles and I got either no answer or a service call quote over 300 dollars. I called kettles and got no answer but immediately got a call right back. A tech was here within 25 mins and repaired my furnace on the spot. I highly recommend kettles heating.
