Ryan was very responsive and had his team out first thing in the morning to replace our water heater that died. Phenomenal service all around and we will use no one else from now on. Couldn't recommend more!

Ryan and his team have been great! We were having an issue with our central heat intermittently failing to turn on when the temperature dropped, and sometimes blowing cold air when we tried to reset things.

Austin came out and listened patiently while I explained the issue. He then diagnosed the issue (a dirty flame sensor) and showed me the part. He explained what it does, why it wasn’t working, and what he needed to do to fix it. He then serviced the unit and patiently answered some follow-up questions I had. The unit works perfectly again.

Ryan and his crew were great to work with throughout the whole installation process. We got three full systems replaced at our business location and they did a great job with the installation. They accommodated our business timings and did the complete installation over the weekend, so it doesn't cause any disturbance to the customers during the weekdays. The complete job was very thorough and clean. Will definitely use them in the future and will recommend to others.

I recently had my water heater break which caused a flood in my furnace room. As a new home owner and woman with no hot water, some of the other estimates were astronomical and sale tactics were used to try and take advantage. Ryan gave me a fair estimate and did not try to take advantage but even offered me all of the information I needed. I was treated fairly and his service was exceptional. The office staff was so nice and welcoming. I will for sure be using Laverty Plumbing and Heating for any household service I need in the future.

I would 10/10 recommend Ryan Laverty. They have replaced an outside water connection and water heater in my home. And every time, they did a fantastic job and charged me a very fair price.

On Christmas night, my heater stopped working. Even though it was night time and getting late, Ryan came out and got it running. It turned out we needed to replace the furnace (it was lile 17yrs old) but the following day their office was going to be closed because of the holidays.

Ryan went out of his way and opened the shop on their day off, to replace our furnace so we wouldn't be without heat again during the cold front that had hit our area. As always, the job was done beautifully and fast. We are beyond gratefull for their kindness and quick response.

They are my one stop place to call for matters of my home. If I need any plumbing, heating or AC help, they are the ones I'll always call.
