Residential Air Systems was amazing. Ed visited multiple times to prepare a quote, which was very competitive. He was professional and honest, and he even took my phone calls after installation to answer my questions about using the system. Installation of the ductless units was quick and easy, and the installers took care to clean up well after their work was done. Highly recommended!

This has been a great company to work with. Ed visited several times and made various adjustments to the heat pump ductless mini-split proposal to ensure the system is just right for our home. Vickie was very helpful with navigating the town permitting process. Bill, John, and the rest of the installation team were extremely professional, handling every aspect of the project with great care and creativity -- there was a clear sense that what they delivered to us is what they'd provide for their own families.

RAS is the best for heating and cooling systems. Our condenser died and we shopped around for estimates to replace the entire system rather than just the condenser. Hector from RAS came out to look at the job and to determine the best solution for us. He took his time measuring everything and taking pictures. Within a couple of days, Ed provided a quote for us that was very competitive. He was professional and patient with us answering our questions and explaining the systems they would install. We chose RAS to do the job. Vickie sent us all the paperwork to get things started and scheduled our installation within a couple of days. Chris arrived on time the day of installation and professionally led his crew during the entire job. From start to finish, the crew was neat, careful when going through the house, cleaned everything up, and spent time with us explaining how everything worked and what we needed to do. Look no further! We used Residential Air Systems to replace our entire HVAC system this spring (two energy-efficient furnaces and two AC condenser units). My husband and I had been putting the job off for over a year, until we contacted Residential Air Systems. They made the process seamless, and fit us in quickly. Their price could also not be beat! We were blown away by the crew's professionalism, care, and attention to detail (white glove service). They addressed all of my concerns and spent time explaining and showing us around our new systems. We immediately felt a huge difference in the climate of our home. We had an air conditioning emergency on Memorial Day weekend. I received a call back within 1 hour. Hector Perez was able to come out on Sunday and fix our air conditioning unit. He was on time proficient and kind. I highly recommend this company. Thank you RAS !

I needed a new AC unit along with new ducts and Residential Air Systems was recommended to me. They were very responsive, and their price was reasonable. The team did an awesome job, worked hard from start to finish, and completed ahead of schedule. They were all friendly and worked meticulously (cleaned up everything before they left).

We recently decided to upgrade our heating & air conditioning system. We interviewed various providers & were impressed by Ed Mann’s (RAS’s owner) expertise and proposal. Connor Loesch led the RAS crew who worked quickly, quietly & cleanly, which was important not only for us, but for our 3 grandchildren who we often babysit. All of our ducts were replaced, several new vents were cut into the ceilings & attic, & the heater & air conditioner were replaced. The construction work took only one day to complete & at the end of the day our home was as clean as it had been before the crew arrived. 3 follow-up visits were necessary in order to set up the 2 new smart thermostats & several sensors. These visits were each made on time by Connor, who was courteous, respectful & who explained the system to us in detail so that we understood how to operate it properly. Ed, Connor & the RAS team are true professionals with the knowledge, skill & experience to make your home comfortable, while keeping you well-informed and at ease. You will not go wrong with RAS!

Arrived on time to repair a system we knew needed to replaced. The tech did a repair, provided a fair estimate, checked inventory and secured the equipment that day. When replacing system, they secured all permits and arrived on time this morning with 4 trucks and a full crew of experienced pros. Spent solid 9 hours in 95 + heat to do an amazing job. Best choice we ever made. Highly recommend them.

Appointment was scheduled for 4/17 between 4p-6p and no one showed. No phone call, no nothing.

**UPDATE** Steve called today and was extremely apologetic. Steve acknowledged his mistake and immediately wanted to make it right. He promptly responded to my home and performed a thorough inspection of my old system and fully explained what was needed to replace the unit. Although no work has been done, I fully appreciate that he was willing to correct his mistake.
