Simply the worst customer service on earth!! if your home warranty sends them just request another company from the area. They came to my place to diagnose ac issues and simply told me i need to buy cleaning service from them to do anything further for which i accepted and tried to schedule earliest appt, the lady Denise simply shouted saying they don't have any early appt and gave one 4 days away. for which they didn't even show up bc i dint pick up the phone 30 min before they came out. turns out she had given the mechanic a wrong number. Just horrible. Finally I cancelled the whole thing and got it fixed by someone else.

Initial company wanted to replace my entire furnace. Eastern was able to save me a ton of money and quickly replaced my condenser.

This company is open 24/7 you can disregard the permanently closed. They do not have cleaning services so do not confuse this company for another company like Rooney McCoy did. Free estimates and excellent quality is what you will receive.
