Never calling this place ever again. We were told to call back in 20 minutes if we didn't get a call back for an emergency service...we did as told just to be told by their answering service that they're booked for the night. We could have called someone else in that timeframe but we were hopeful they'd help us out. This was extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude. You get 1 involuntary star for wasting our time. I've scheduled 5 different HVAC companies to give me an estimate to replace both my AC and furnace (2 zones) and JAMCO gave the best price. I even have to clarify with Shawn if the price he gave me is just for one unit but he clearly stated its two units. The price for brand 2 brand new Lennox complete HVAC system they gave me was just half of what the others quoted me. On scheduled day, his techs arrived early and professionally dresses. They installed, tested and clean-up the site. Job was completed around noon and my house is comfortable again. Highly recommended!
Jamco installed airconditioners in a property I work at. The units are constantly leaking because the drains where not installed correctly. They lied about why they where leaking. When other issues came up they refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. Do not use this company it will cost you more in the long run.
JAMCO hired by Burroughs Mill luxury apartments in Cherry Hill, Where I reside. Matt and Ryan performed full replacement in the blink of an eye. I am well qualified to recognize professionalism and experience. I recommend that JAMCO review their job performance and increase their pay scale accordingly.
I was very pleased with Jamco Heating & Air Conditioning. I dealt with 5 of their employees. All were courteous and professional. They were on time. The installers were polite and left my house like they found it. They worked very hard bringing in the new and removing the old equipment.
Chris was very prompt , professional and friendly !!! He was extremely patient with me and my pup Lenny ! He helped me understand My “smart” thermostat ! I would Highly recommend Chris from Jamco ! They definitely earned a new customer today !!!! Thanks you Chris and the Jamco team for your speedy service from beginning to end !!!!
Blizzard of 2022! Woke up to no heat this morning. Unit is only four months old. I called Jamco on a Saturday during the blizzard. I revealed call back from one of their techs, Chris, within 20min. Although the weather prevented him from driving to my location, Chris troubleshot the issue over the phone. He was extremely helpful and patient while I provided information, asked questions and tried different options to fix the problem myself. He responded instantly to my texts with pictures of what I was seeing. One pic showed the problem, and he explained how to fix it. The intake to the heater was blocked with snow from the high winds. To me it looked like nothing but a little snow, but Chris quickly identified it as the problem. I cleared the snow and the heat started working! Very happy with my experience with Jamco and Chris’ assistance. No cost to me at all.
JAMCO has been great fir iver 10 years now. In 2008, they installed a Hi-efficiency heat and cooling system. It was a bit of an emergency...they were by far the lowest price as nobbrlls and whistles were needed. Since then, they have replaced the combustion fan motor under warranty, analyzed a bad breaker, and now doing yearly maintenance. Recommend highly.
We had Jamco replace both our heater and air conditioner. They did a great job and the crew was polite and professional. We had one issue and I contacted them and they were out the next day and fixed the thermostat which did not read that we had a two stage heater
Very professional and great work quality. They installed heater and AC for me in 1 day. They also came earlier than we scheduled because of a delay in another job and saved us from some hot days. Very good work.
