When my Tankless water heater had to be replaced, I had Lee Kobb Inc come in a give a quote. They reviewed the work and gave me a very decent quote and also identified few items with existing water heater installation which were not as per current building codes and included it in the new installation work. EVAN KOBB and his crew of two team members were diligent, thorough and showed professionalism. They went extra mile to make sure they get a unit from a dealer the same day to get it installed. Made sure the work was completed to my satisfaction and left the place clean.
Will definitely highly recommend them for any Water heater and plumbing job, big or small. It was a pleasant experience.

Professionals all around! I had to replace my water heater, and when I called for a quote, they were quick to respond, and send someone out to my place to get a better idea. They were responsive all around and helped with getting a permit as well. The job was finished in a day and it is all working perfectly. I recommend!

Lee R. Kobb came out to my house to put in a new boiler last winter of 2019. The quoted me a great price for what I needed. I had already had 6 quotes by the time they came around. First off Evan and his crew are the most professional and kind people I have had the pleasure of working with. There were no bait tactics or manipulation of any kind. This company is Honest, hard working and take pride in their work. My house had a boiler in it for over 40 years and the product and craftsmanship that I got with going with Lee R. Anytime I had a concern the same crew would come over and take a look at the system and tell me exactly what needed fixed (if anything). The customer service I have received from them has been far superior than any other company I have worked with since

These guys were great. Very friendly and knew what they were doing. They worked really hard all day. Considering it was a holiday weekend and Evan came back on his own to finish the job. Thank god because we had no heat or hot water.

Evan and his team (Cody, Tyler and Arnold) get 12 stars on a scale of 10, exceeding all metrics and expectations on their recent conversion project switching us from legacy oil-based heating to an efficient natgas-based system. Bye bye $400+ per month legacy heating oil bills during an otherwise mild winter (so far) and risk exposure to world oil prices, which can fluctuate to extremes.
