I called them heading to my unit check all 3 PTACs for my unit. They told me for one time visit it's 150 dollars, which could be used against the fixing/replacing according to their recommendations.
Engineer came in time and re-arranged some cables for first PTAC and they called it fixing. They recommend I replace the other two and want to charge me $5500/each(samething I quoted last year with another shop they only ask for $2700 for replacing).
In the end they charge $360 for the whole visit and playing with some cables with my PTAC.
Of course my AC goes out the day that a week long heat wave hits. I called various companies and decided on All Week and I am so glad I did. Joe, the technician who helped me, is EXCELLENT. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it --- an absolute pro. I highly recommend All Week! Thanks guys.
Exceptional service and responsiveness! I called All Week as my Union City tenant and family were out of heat on this cold day. Ozzie called me within minutes and was able to talk with my tenant and have then troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Heat was up and running in no time. My tenants and I are glad we called. Thank you!
I am baffled at how the shop managed to get a 4.5 rating. I suspect the reviews are fake. I am a lazy person who is reluctant to write reviews. But my bad experience motivated to warn others. They have their own website where you can schedule an appointment online. A person promptly calls and confirms the appointment. You also receive a reminder email, a day before the appointment. The good part ends right here. The technician who came barely spoke or understood English. He lacked knowledge about the equipment and the recommendations to fix the problem were dead wrong. The person said that the capacitor was burnt and the condensing unit did not have freon. He made me speak to the manager who claimed it would cost me $800. I grew suspicious and it had the signatures of a scam. I refused to get the job done and paid the mandatory service fee of $95. The guy did not even give me a receipt. Later, I consulted my technician friend and hired another company to get more opinions. I feel glad I did because the freon gas was adequate and the capacitor was also doing fine. The actual problem was with the condensing unit. I am guess these people hire poorly paid/trained technicians and take a huge commission. Beware of these people.
First off- They broke my neighbors unit when they were on the roof and took a bunch of my fuses and put broken ones back in the box because they thought I wouldn’t be able to tell what a broken fuse looked like.
As for the service- I paid $400 for them to “rewire” something that didn’t fix my AC so the tech said I need to pay $300 more for another part, I hired someone else instead who told me it was a completely different problem than what All Week told me.
Jay & Omar were the repair tech’s. Upon their arrival they greeted us and introduced themselves. Both young men were very polite and immediately began to assess the problem. They came to a quick diagnostic answer to the problem. When scheduling the next days work there was a slight communication problem with office personnel. However, Ozzie, the owner intervened apologized for the confusion and quickly corrected the issues at hand.
Their work was professional and manors exceptional. I would recommend them to others.
All Week Air was great. They were able to provide same day service for a reasonable price. They found the cause of my issue which was a clogged pipe and was able to unclog and perform a tune up. If I ever have problems again I am going to ALL WEEK first.
They inspected my A/C unit and said at minimum would cost a couple thousand dollars in parts to fix, and moreover then pushed me to buy a new unit for over five thousand dollars. They were extremely vague as to what parts would be required to fix the unit and didn't test the parts. They also said that it's very unlikely they would be able to get the parts in stock for weeks, thus pushing for a new unit. I called another firm who got it done for a fraction of the cost!

Great and amazing company, used them to replace my air condition system, Ozzie toke care of my job from start to finish and sent me his best team included Ryan and cal who did a great job replacing the unit in one day. I am glad I choose all week and will always recommend to all friends and family.
My landlord let the PSE&G worry-free service slip and our air conditioning stopped working the night before July 4th. PSE&G said it would take weeks to kick back in the service so I had to find someone to diagnose and fix our AC unit.
The technician showed up and I explained it would be weeks before PSE&G could fix it and he took off the cover on the condenser and used his meter and told me the compressor was grounded and still holding a charge so we had to replace it. He said our units were regulated because of the coolant that it used so we probably wouldn't even be able to install a new compressor and that we would have to replace the unit outright. We're talking thousands of dollars. My landlord decided to just wait it out for PSE&G worry free service.
PSE&G were here for 15 minutes and replaced the compensator and two fuses on the breaker and it is purring again. These are very common and relatively inexpensive parts. The compressor wasn't actually broken.
I would not recommend this service because the technicians are either lazy, unskilled, or more interested in taking your money than fixing your problem.
I am out ~$137 for them to incorrectly diagnose the issue since you must agree to a service charge for diagnosing the issue.
I'm rating one star because these guys showed up on pretty short notice the day after July 4th when it was hot and I'm sure a few people's AC units broke when most contractors were closed. I appreciated that.
