I had an issue with my AC in office and called Jersey for assistance. They sent out a technician, who was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and had it fixed in no time. He also did incpection of all other AC's in my office and did his best. I was very impressed with his level of service and highly recommend this company.

My appointment had a 3 hour window, service tech never came, not even a phone call

I HAD TO CALL THEIR OFFICE TO SEE IF HE WAS STILL COMING!

Asked to speak to manager, it’s been 3 days, still waiting for a call back.

Then after 3 hours they asked if I wanted to reschedule?!

I will never use this company ever again

Not reliable, not dependable, don’t count on them for anything.

I'm shocked there are so many positive reviews of this company. I called them to look at our split unit AC that was spitting out black dirt. "Mour" showed up with no tools and no ladder. Told us that it was probably a belt inside that would eventually stop spitting things out. He didn't open anything, didn't clean anything and charged me $200 even though I was told a service call was $125. I now have to find someone else to actually clean my AC unit. I hope this saves someone money by not using this company.
