I have been a satisfied customer of AC for several years!!! They are always quick to respond, fix it right the first time, charge a fair price. I most recently had them out to do a summer check of my AC equipment and clear blocked drainline. In my opinion, they are the best.

They just have installed a mini split AC system. They did an initial consult that explained everything clearly, offered pricing that came in way under a competing bid, and the installation went smoothly. The team was polite and professional. The system works greatly.

Epic heating and Air replaced an aging AC unit and it's accessories including a very unique setting and did an amazing job!

I called them emergency line on Saturday at 7:25 pm because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86degrees. I spoke to the companies CSR, and he was able to get my house on the listfor following day on Sunday at 4:00 pm AC was fixed within 15 minutes. HIghly appriciated and recommendable to them.

The representative was so polite. That when I shared my issue with him. He came out the next dat for inspection and to give me a quote. He was a great guy who explained my options for my situation. They scheduled the instakk two days later since I had NO A/C at that time.

The tech was extremely knowledgeable and have found the cause of an issue to be a short from wiring insulation being worn against the mental housing. He even had a picture of a previous unit with a similar problem.
