Excellent response and very professional. Put a new system in next day to keep our office cool in the middle of summer. Very honest and straightforward. No high pressure sales tactics simply told us the issue and gave us options on solutions. Robert know his industry and it put me right at ease knowing he was going to get it done and do it right the very first time.

As a small business owner and consultant for many years, I have worked with a TON of sub-contractors, repair-people, trades-people and I'm thrilled to say that Rob and his team are some of the most professional people I have EVER worked with! Not only that, Rob is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix our HVAC units when three other people before him were not able to. They are VERY responsive, including having had Rob come out the day after I called him, and even on a Saturday. I could not be more thrilled to provide this recommendation and HIGHLY recommend giving this company a try for all of your heating and cooling needs. I usually don't have time to write reviews but made sure I made the time to do this for Rob and his fantastic team. I'd give six stars if this would let me.

To say I was pleased with Rob's service would be an understatement. Its rare that I am satisfied with service to the point i personally refer a contractor. I would confidently refer Superheat and Subcooling to anyone. Beyond the impeccable service I felt fully comfortable to let Rob in my house to do the work he needed to do even while I was not home. He treated my home and the work he did in the same way I would expect he would his own home. My air conditioning stopped working on the hottest day of the year. I sent a message to Superheat and Subcooling and got a call almost immediately from Rob, the owner. He was able to fit me into the schedule that morning. Rob was extremely professional and friendly. He took his time to explain what the exact issue was and gave me both short-term and long-term options to fix the problem. Unlike some other companies, Rob did not pressure me to make a decision on the spot. He was able to get the air working again without breaking my budget and he followed up with me the next day to make sure that I did not have any issues. Could not recommend this company’s service enough. Rob, the owner, is absolutely amazing. Our AC stopped working today, on one of the hottest days so far, and Rob was quick and responsive to come out and check it out for us. He made two separate trips to help us out and I could not be more appreciative of him. He runs a reliable, fair, and honest business. He was personable & I felt I could trust him. I couldn’t be happier with superheat and cooling service. Our boiler died in the middle of winter, even had a snow storm and Rob immediately saved us! In one day we had three HVAC services over to price out, he was the most informative, honest, and made us understand why we needed the work to be done. Not only professional but very personable. Also great work ethic, came over on the weekend just to finish the job. This is the best HVAC in the Hamilton/Bordentown area hands down and will be servicing all my systems forever!

Although I have a warranty service that takes care of my Air conditioner they were not able to get me someone for another week.
My house was at 90degrees. I called Rob at 8:00 pm on a Thursday night and he rushed over and fixed my AC. He also gave me a thorough diagnosis and tips. He then came back to make sure it was working well.
Very rarely does someone come the same day let alone at 8 pm but I really appreciate Rob doing all this.
Very Professional, very affordable ( unlike others).

Rob was great. Very prompt and efficient with getting equipment up and running when it failed. More knowledgeable than all the techs I had come out.
