Air Temp Service Co

Several people recommended Air Temp for central AC replacement. They came out on a Wednesday to give me an estimate which I received that evening. Less than a week later and my system has been replaced. Everyone has been great to deal with. They were here in the pouring rain and still finished the work quickly. The four guys who did the install were all very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Recently had a complete hvac (heatpump, airhandler) done and the team did a great job. The installers were very professional and also did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards.

The office staff (Fallon and Emily) were extremely helpful and helped make the whole process as streamlined as possible and were quick to address any questions I had.

Air Temp Service co. I quickly sent over a specialist. The young man came over, quickly assessed the situation, measured the furnace room and provided me a number of options. Everyone was knowledgeable and offered appropriate solutions. After seeing their quotes, I believe their prices are fair and the payment options are workable for people in my situation.

Kevin and Wayne were professional and courteous. They worked quickly and cleanly. They explained everything to me in a way that was easily understood. I was very happy with the service provided.

This business is a solid 4 starts. I contemplated giving 5, but had to remove one as the installation both times (we had hired them twice for separate work) did not go 100% smooth.
We found the business via Diamond Mitsubishi installers search. We had three companies that came by to give us a quote. What set airtemp apart from all is their upfront customer service. We had done a ton research so we came equipped with questions- they answered them all and in detail.
Pricing was slightly on a higher side, but competitive.
The teams were great, although the issues had always circled around electrical hook up, so good follow up on that specific component is suggested. So technicians could have chatted a bit less about news and politics in their off times, but okay. However, in the process some visual installation was done not as high standard as we liked, when we disputed, additional charges were brought up. That rubbed me the wrong way, given that they were about 2% of the total bill. Customer retention here was not at play.
But again, overall 4 is super solid in terms of stars. They came in and did a custom job we envisioned but were told was no possible by other vendors.
We would still plan to use them in the future if we have to change large central heat/ air.
The total experience with airtemp in terms of money/ volume was a bit over 20k.

Extremely happy with the service Air Temp has provided us. From beginning to the end, from dealing with the sales rep, to the installation and the ladies in the office. I have shopped around a lot and Air Temp was on point with their prices.

Work is always performed as stated and the service person Kevin, explained everything. Gotta say they have difficulty keeping their appointment time. This is the second time they missed their window for the service.

Wayne was on time and did all the required maintenance. He was very courteous. Highly recommended!

We discussed my needs, considered alternatives and came to an agreement on the best course of action.
