Extremely POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL! We have been contacting this company to pull a permit on a job done back in 2017 on a condo that I purchased after installation. We have been calling for 5 DAYS and have REPEATEDLY talked to the same woman at the desk. We have received no other response other than EXTREME UNPROFESSIONALISM - 1) “we got a new computer system so it’s not in my current computer I have to walk upstairs to look” 2) I have to dig through boxes and boxes to find the job file 3) sorry it’s not in my memory from 2017 4) sorry it’s not my top priority but I’ll get it done. & my favorite… 5) keeping me on the phone is not going to help me get it done any faster.
My husband even went in there this morning and she yet again gave the same excuse WITHOUT HELPING! She claimed the service manager will contact us but gave no name or number to contact him also no timeline. Didn’t even offer to get the manager when my husband was there!
5 days of the same excuses but really how long does it take to help your customers? She claims they keep good records but yet won’t look, NOR has the issue been escalated to anyone else or higher above. When asked to speak with someone else, she said it’s just her and there is no one else to speak with. She even blamed me for letting the TWP sell me a home without the proper permits and claimed my TWP is usually on top of things, when it sounds like the company went under the table and now will not help us!
We are extremely dissatisfied and will never use this company, as trusted as they claim to be! If there was an option to give 0 stars I would!

I truly enjoy working with All-Ways for any of my HVAC needs. Michele is great and so are any of the technicians that come out for the service. This time I was replacing my thermostat and was shocked at what Lennox wanted for their wi-fi enabled one. Way too pricing. As usual Michele and All-Ways worked with me to find a much more acceptable price point/thermostat. You can't go wrong with All-Ways.
Spoke with Michelle at the store they got a technician named Chris to my home and he spent two hours here assisting with a heating issues 4 other companies could not resolve over a two year period. Chris arrived onsite and did his work and came back telling me the inducer motor was running way over on amperage. They ordered a new motor and it has been great since. I been through flame sensors and the original motor that was apparently replaced was making noise but the other techs said it was normal for this model. I was skeptic but Chris assured me it was not and he showed me the amperage old the old versus new. Thank you Allway's for a great service and great pricing!
I came home from work yesterday and noticed my house felt a little cold. I checked the thermostat and replaced the 4 year old batteries. Still nothing. Called Always to make an appointment and left a message with the answering service. Troy called me within the hour and we tried to troubleshoot the problem. Nothing worked so he said he will send someone out in the morning to check it. The young man was very personable and knowledgeable. He noticed that power was not going to the heater. He checked the breaker and said that was fine. When he went back up to look at the heater he saw the emergency switch and noticed it was in the off position. Problem solved. My wife was cleaning the light fixture near it that day and must have hit the switch by accident. Since Troy did the system four years ago we never had a problem and will continue to use Always mainly because of their honesty. Can you imagine if someone who was dishonest came to my house today. Thank You Troy for having such a honest person working with you
I’d previously left a 5 star review for a heater installation done by Allways but had to rescind the review. Recently I had contacted Allways to install a hot water heater. I contacted the office on 2 separate occasions via email asking them to begin work. Weeks went by and I never got a reply. I finally went with someone else who promptly came out and installed a new hot water heater. To sum up Allways I’d have to say they’re unreliable and would never use them again. There are plenty of more reputable HVAC companies out there use them and save yourself some aggravation.
This is the third time we have used AllWays and on each occasion they have been responsive, made the necessay repairs and rendered a reasonable invoice. Can not recommend them too highly. The best.
