Nardi Heating & Air Conditioning

I have engaged Dave Nardi as my Heating and HVAC service provider for over 10 years. I have 5 properties that Dave and his staff have done work. His staff is well trained and has been with Dave for many years. He is a full-service professional who installs and maintains all my equipment, even items he did not install. He is fair on pricing and first rate on reliability. He knows his trade.

Dave Nardi and his crew (Will, Kevin, Dan, Linda) have installed/maintained our system for over 10 years. Each crew member knows our systems, which makes diagnosis and repairs that much faster. They are all talented professionals who stay up-to-date and know their trade. They arrive on time and leave the workplace clean when they wrap up. They have never let us down....in fact the opposite....they restored our equipment in some pretty miserable weather conditions to keep us safe and comfortable.
We first met Dave when they installed a gas line to accomodate our 20kw generator, and the relationship grew from there. We trust them and their judgement and never feel like someone is "trying to sell us."

Signed up for the maintenance service and glad we did. Nardi fixed all the issues we didn't know we had.

This has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had with any company as a home owner. We had over 7 feet of water in our basement from Hurricane Ida and needed a whole new HVAC system and new ductwork. We have always had uneven heating and cooling upstairs in our home for multiple reasons and our furnace and return vents sounded like a freight train coming in when our system would kick on and run. We got several quotes, but Dave was the only person who came in and diagnosed several heating/cooling issue with our home and gave us an option for a real solution that did not involve ripping half our house apart to install more ductwork upstairs and cost a fortune. His team arrived promptly when they said they would, we kind, professional and walked us through everything they were doing and the reason why. It was a really great experience and several of the main issues we were having are completely remedied now. When they tested the new furnace, I didn’t even know they turned it on because it was so quiet! We have to wait for the electrician to hook up the ductless system Daves team installed upstairs, but I have no doubt that once that happens, the heating/cooling issue will be resolved as well. We are so happy with Nardi’s and highly recommend them.
