This Plumber skillfully replaced our dripping outdoor faucet and installed an indoor ball valve. They carefully leveled and sealed the unsteady base, and they replaced all of the inside components of our toilet tank. Oh no, a new crack! The price was exactly what was advertised. I appreciated the precautions they took during such a perilous period (mask, gloves, booties.)

Our shower in our 1974 house was told by numerous plumbers that it couldn't be fixed, but this plumbing company fixed it in under two hours! Steven the tech was courteous, tidy, and didn't scare us in the least (unlike the previous plumber who warned us that if we put off a $750 repair, we risked destroying the plumbing throughout our entire house). Landon was dispatched to investigate a suspected gas control box malfunction on our water heater and to repair a separate pipe leak in the garage. He arrived promptly, was cordial and thorough, and figured out that the knob on the gas control box was jammed, which explained why the water was warmer than usual while being set to a lower temperature than usual. He also instructed me on how to shut off the main water supply in the event of a leak or other disaster. He also fixed a garage valve that was leaking slightly after we discovered it. We found this to be very informative as first-time homeowners. We shall keep his card on file and recommend him to our friends in case of any plumbing emergency.

These Plumbing Services came out immediately to replace our malfunctioning toilet. They were quick and efficient in their work. They went so far as to submit a bid before we even realized one was needed! Whoa, what wonderful assistance!

The water heater broke over the long weekend (because when else would it go out)... After having one business come out and give me a quotation that sounded quite costly compared to an internet quote I had obtained, I went around to see if anyone would be prepared to provide an estimate without the tech charge. No, thank you. I was fine with a rough estimate and knew a physical inspection was necessary, but I didn't want to pay the second company's tech cost if their offer ended up being identical to the first one's. To make a long story short, Matthew was willing to work with me to figure out how to provide me that ballpark estimate (emailing pictures). He looked over the pictures and gave a rough estimate of the cost, excluding the obligatory extras like taxes and fees. I was able to better organize my day today (9/3) because he texted me when he was close by and showed up at the scheduled time. We had a short conversation, after which he went about his day and I went about mine. Having hot water again and meeting Matthew has made my life whole. He was personable and courteous, but also very businesslike; after completing the work, he explained everything about the new tank, down to the maintenance requirements, and he generally charged within the range he had initially estimated (taxes and such, fair enough). sure, that counts as well. When I receive a card, I usually throw it away without keeping it. If I am ever in need of employment again, I will have his card handy. Strongly suggested.

DeWayne Shaw found a salvaged part in the Home Depot faucet I bought for my kitchen remodel. He was really helpful, offering to come back the next day if I could find an alternative faucet.

After I called for help with a clogged kitchen drain, they showed up about an hour and a half later. Gato did a great job of explaining the process and giving me a price quote before any work was done. Despite my opinion that they are extremely costly, I was able to have the task done and am happy with the service and explanations I received.
