Mario is super responsible and professional! He managed to troubleshoot and fix different issues with our HAVC. He was always patient to explain details but clearly to me, who knew nothing about how the HAVC works, and also provided possible solutions for me to choose with his recommendation, which was always cost-effective. Besides it was getting colder outside that time and closer to Christmas but he always responded immediately and made his best to arrange the earliest day to make the repair for us. Last but not least, the charge is fair with each item and its price clearly listed. And even after a few month later, he still remembered to catch up with us and scheduled a visit to install the insulation, which is just free service he promised before.

Mario and team did an excellent job installing a mini-split ductless unit in my home. Mario is knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. Highly recommended DeAire for your HVAC needs.

I purchased a house and my ac system was old. I called Mario and he was very prompt to show up at your doorstep and diagnose the issue. First thing i want to mention is that this guy is super honest in his work. My system is old and I am 100% sure if i had called someone else they would have given me like 100 issues and would ask to replace the whole system. But this guy was very much thorough in checking the whole air conditioning system and he mentioned the system is old but working fine and doesnt need replacement. I met first hvac guy who tells me that use the air condition till it dies and that this unit wil give me atleast another 2-4 years. I have worked with multiple other hvac guys and noone ever mentioned this to me. Everybody suggested to replace the whole damn thing.

Secondly is the pricing - the most resonable person i met. Mario checked everything and diagnosed that the board on my unit must be faulty and need to be replaced. He ordered the part and showed me the receipt with exact cost. But here is his honesty once again - he said that the board would only take him 10 minutes to change and so he dint charge me for any labor. Just charged me his travel time and gas because he had to travel for one hour for a 10 minute job.

I will also say that Mario was very patient in listening to my problem and even explained me everything about my unit in detail. Very thorough in his work and very skillful.

Overall i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for its professionalism and mainly HONESTY towards their customers and their work. They are my GO TO people for any and every HVAC needs.
