Pruzansky Plumbing

I'm very happy with their work of replacing my water heater.
1) Don who gave the quote was patient and responsive, answering all my questions with candid info and within 1-2 days.
2) The Rheem 50-gallon electrical water heater has 10 year warantee, worthy of its price. Quotes from other 3 companies I got include 6 year warantee usually.
3) They have both plumbing and electrical work permits. Another company offered lower price and similar quality service but then I learned that they don't have permit to do electrical work and I would have to hire my own electrician for the job.
4) The crew (Jon, Michael) came right on time, and finished the job in 3 hours as they estimated. They were professional and super tidy, having the work area and the hallway totally cleaned.

Despite the great reviews online, professional online presence and longevity of this business the representative that was assigned for a simple AC leak fixture in a residential building was not well prepared. The prices are incredibly higher than the average of NJ/NY for which we expected a steady resolution but unfortunately had to contract another AC company to repair the system at a fraction of the cost.

In my 15 years at Edgewater, I've never felt a single disappointment from a Pruzansky Plumbing servicer. They are not cheap, but their professional, perfect and friendly service makes them the perfect plumbing service company that I would definitely recommend to others.

Was in the Home Depot parking lot when one of these vans pulled up next to my car. As I’m sitting in the car one technician opens his door and hits the side of my car. When I came out to look the technician looked at me as he’s smoking a cigarette blowing smoke in my face and says nothing happened. When I mentioned that his door had hit my car he denied it. I had a small dent in the side of my car. The other technician came out said that he didn’t hit car. After opening the vans door to see if it could have hit my car the 2nd technician then admitted that it had made the small dent. The 1st technician that hit my car didn’t even apologize until I mentioned the least he could do is apologize instead of blowing smoke my way and not taking accountability.

My experience with Pruzansky was good! Ed was the person I had dealt with and he was professional in giving the quote and executing the work. Replaced a sink, faucet and shut off valves. All work was done as quickly as possible.

We have been using Pruzansky Plumbing each year to get our furnace ready for the winter. We have the same technician come each year. He knows the system and its worked flawlessly. Pruzansky shows up on time, does the work they agree to do and then stand behind their work. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience with pruzansky plumbing. They have terrible communication skills, overpriced services and terrible costumer service.

They came to fix a leaky sink, a few weeks later it was leaking again.

Then they told us they'd be here on a specific day and time they never showed up. They lied and yelled at us over the phone. They don't know how to treat their customers. Get your act together or you will keep losing good costumers.

Our shower faucet was leaking and needed repair. We'd been told we'd have to tear out the wall. Pruzansky showed up, said they needed one part, got the part, replaced it, and we're all good now. It took 3 weeks to get the part, but at least we saved thousands and can thank Pruzansky for fine service!
